Working with gloves is meant for sanitary reasons. So maybe don’t count cash, add change, and touch everyone’s food. I didn’t see the gloves changed twice now. Although the food was good, and I love the quality of coffee from the tap stores.

The new people they hired are not like the other people they had before. They don’t care about your order whether it is correct or not. One time they gave me a raw croissant. Every time I order they don’t give me what I ask for or they don’t make it how I asked. If by some miracle they get it all correct it’s cold ♀️

Service at this Dunkin (at least in the morning, when I’ve gone recently) has declined. It’s not the employees fault – they are understaffed. I ordered ahead but on arrival, my order was not done. No biggie… but they continued to serve in-store customers until I said something. The line this morning was eight deep with only two employees to help. They do work hard though and do a good job.

There’s something definitely wrong here, I was here yesterday and they had no change for the register and stiffed me out of 55 cents and today they overcharged me on the milkshakes $2 and they said well the price went up and we don’t have to honor with the sign says this place is stay away from

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for months. I’ve tried my best to remain impartial to the slow service, the low sanitation standards and constantly broken straws. However, for the fourth time, I’ve ordered a drink and after waiting for 10 minutes (even though I was the only person in line) was handed my drink. I was already late to work, and needed to head out so I ignored the fact my lid was dropped on the floor but once in my car, realized it was warped out of shape so badly it didn’t stay on the cup. I wasn’t pleased, but I was fine as long as the drink was good. It was all I was going to be able to ‘eat’ for 4 hours. Unfortunately, when I got to work (late) and tasted the drink, unlike the last 3 times (when there was double the syrup causing it to taste like a appetizing mix of charcoal, vodka and poison), this time it had no syrup!! and was extremely disgusting! After this, I’ve decided that I’ve lost all hope for Dunkin’ (it’s happened at other locations) and am going to stick to the more expensive but much higher quality alternative (Starbucks). At least their drinks are always good.

I ordered a medium size cappuccino, instead I got a medium size foamy water, worst cappuccino I ever got from Dunkin donuts. I was there for almost 10 minutes waiting for my order just to got a non flavor coffee.
