I am gonna call and give my compliments as well. But oh my word, the best McDonalds I have ever been to. And we travel a lot, and worked for McDonald’s. My boyfriend has worked at three different locations down in Washington County. Your food was fresh, hot, and tasted generally better. Fries tasted like potato. The meat was so good, but not dripping in grease, and your frappe was perfectly made. The staff was also kind and funny. One girl seemed tired, and I can imagine why, she deserves a raise! She was so amazing and helpful, and still smiled. She had reddish or light brown hair in a pony tail. Can’t thank you for that enough.

Tuesday, August 8, 2022 4:43pm drive thru order #1373. I was looking forward to trying the crispy chicken sandwich. I was greatly disappointed. At first look it was too dark, over cooked. It had a burnt taste to it as if the oil was old or had been over heated. It was terribly dry. The bun was bigger than the chicken, adding to the dryness. Hopefully this was a fluke, and not the norm. The fries and drink were perfect. The person taking the order, and drive thru window person were polite and professional. I like the ease of giving the order # from the app. If I hadn’t been on my way somewhere, I would have brought it back.

I was given 7 nuggets when I ordered a 10 nugget meal. Additionally the man working the drive thru was rude and refused to fix the issue. When I went into the store the owner Priscilla Foster was unhelpful and rude. Further the store is one of the filthiest locations I have ever been to. Worst experience ever, I wish I could leave 0 stars. I will never be back!!! YUCK!

The Drive through girl shorted me change. Rude employees. Food was cold. Wrong drink. No straw. Only 1 car infront of me in drive through so it wasnt busy at all. How hard is it to work in fast food?

Went through the drive through the other day when a male employee cut me off several times mid sentence. He yelled at me when I asked for a nugget meal. I have never been treated so poorly by a staff member. Disappointed in this subpar behavior as I have been a loyal patron for years. I will now happily take my money anywhere else but here!!!!

This location ruined McDonald’s for me. I have never seen so many rude staff in one place; likely because their general manager is unhappy, irascible, and generally an angry person. When we had an issue with a large corporate order, she refused to refund or fulfill the order although I had a receipt, pending payment on my account, and order number. When I asked her how I should handle the problem, she got angry with me and degraded me not only in the restaurant in front of other customers but also later over the phone telling me my problem had nothing to do with her and hung up on me. She shouldn’t be general manager as she has no proper management skills. I went to Wendy’s and they handled us kindly and quickly in under 10 minutes.

Me and my child got food poisoning from here. I rarely eat McDonald’s (less than once a month, normally only four times a year since 2020). I always have gone to this one if I do go because it had good service and seemed clean. But now it’s dirty, disorganized, and the staff is poorly trained. I think I’ll just go back to avoiding McDonald’s altogether.

This is a busy McDonald’s drive-thru at lunch time. However, it always moves quickly! The people here are super friendly and professional as others have said. I never see anybody slacking or not working, they are always busy making it a very efficient McDonald’s.
