Service is ok, speed of take out is good,but the quality of the food could be worked on. 5 times I’ve gotten food there and 3/4’s of every order my crispy tacos have been broken,greasy, and it seems there is a lettuce and cheese shortage. All I ask is for a little more of like the picture and satisfaction of a job well done.

Food was okay once we got it. Went inside to order and used the kiosk to order but they filled almost 5 cars in the drive-through before they started our order and the folks outside didn’t even order before us. So definitely no faster to go inside if they don’t rotate the ordering. They forgot our doughnut holes so make sure to check your order before you leave.

I was asked to use the kiosk to order my food. There were several people behind the counter but they did not appear very friendly. I had to get my order fixed twice!! I was argued with that I did not purchase a drink, which of course I did!! Make sure if you have to use kiosk you print your receipt. I do not ever want to go back to this Taco Bell.

Gross! Second time I’ve had hair in my food from here! I was told they wear hair nets but they must NOT obviously! Management “cloretta” offered a refund if I came back up there but going all the way back to the location was NOT worth the money for me. I’d prefer clean food from the beginning people!

Walked inside, a lady asked if everyone had ordered and walked off as we said we had not. A few moments later another employee pointed to the kiosks and said we should order there, otherwise we would have to wait until someone had a mment. We should have gone to the drive through, they would have had a moment to take our order.

Third trip in a row my order was messed up at the store called and they always apologize, they always offered redo it, they never offered to get it right the first time. This was supposed To be a taco supreme. No cheese, No sour cream, no tomatoes, same exact mistake I’ve had the last two times I went before this. My challenge is they apologize but they never seem to care whether it’s right or not. Used to be my favorite store because it was close by and I enjoy Taco Bell Taco Bell completely because of them.

My boyfriend and I have had two issues here at this point in time with our order being messed up or not being up to par. The first one was “fixed” (it took them forever to fix the issue). This is today’s. This is THREE separate tacos. They are supposed to be the spicy potato soft taco but they each literally have 3 pieces of potato on them. I would have rather been told that they were out of potatoes than receive this. I can’t even eat this. Not to mention we had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes each time.

This was supposed to be a bean burrito with extra cheese. As you can see, hardly any cheese, and hardly any pinto beans either. Not to mention, the pinto beans were so incredibly dry, that I question if they were yesterday’s batch. I called to inform them, and the manager, who called herself Dee, just seemed annoyed that I was taking up her time. I returned to get a refund, and the manager didn’t even give me all of my money back. Apparently, they were out of change as well. This place doesn’t care about quality, they just want your money. Go to the White Knoll Taco Bell instead. It’s a difference of night and day.
