Got the big breakfast sandwich with link sausage. The sausage was good but the bread was soggy and dry. I just tossed the bread and ate the sausage. Restaurant was clean and pretty. Nice servers.

Wait in line was too long for it to be nobody in line.. I was so excited about the bologna melt .. it was not hot nor was my cheese melted (what was i waiting so long for???) anywho, i also got boneless wings.. meh… i probably won’t go back.

Decided to try Jack’s in Bonaire for lunch. Bad mistake. First they only had Thousand island dressing for the salad (yuck). The BLT sandwich and French fries were soggy because the green bean juice was all in the bottom of the bag. The green beans were seasoned pretty good (only reason for 2 stars) but I had to remove a couple of pieces of raw bacon from the top before I could get to them. And the icing on the cake is that they refused to allow me some xtra Mayo for our BLT. Peace out Jacks.

Service was awful and slow for there not being hardly anyone inside. It took about 10 minutes utes to get to meals. Ordered the CheeseBurger meal and they forgot the cheese. Instead of making me a new burger they added cheese and nuked it which made the bun chewy. I felt sorry for the family right in front of us as they only got half of thier food and were still waiting while he rushed out after 15-20 minutes.

My friends brought me by a chicken sandwich yesterday, after about two bites I called them back and told them that this was the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. I felt it was even better than Chick-fil-A and that means a lot. The bond was soft the chicken was juicy and had just the right amount of spice, keep in mind that this sandwich was bought in Warner Robins and delivered to my house in Perry and it was still that delicious.

Jacks used to be great but the last 2 times I have came here, my food has been cold, the chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets, and not to mention THERE WAS A LONG BROWN SILKY HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! I tried to call and talk to the manager or honestly anyone who would answer and they kept ignoring the phone calls. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place to get breakfast

It’s such a shame to post this, because Jacks has the best fast food burger hands down. However, the service in this location is absolutely awful. I understand the current staffing issue that we have in the world right now, however no one around them seems to be having the same attitude about it. In fact,so far the only rude people I’ve met in this area have worked at Jacks. My first time was absolutely perfect-the second time, we ordered one of the “red hot deals” only to be told by the manager that they don’t have those anymore, even though the sign was hanging on the building and in front of the store for the exact thing we ordered. We ordered other things and waited over half an hour for them. Mind you we were the only people there. Today, I was going to work and decided to stop in for breakfast. I ordered on the app to give some extra time, and with a pickup time of 10:30, I stopped in. I advised the person on the speaker that I had an app order-she had me pull up to the window. She then told me that they were going to make it fresh, and just for me to pull up. I watched 3, 4 cars order behind me and then get their food and drive away. Kaitlyn came out at 10:45 and was heavily apologetic, and very empathetic for the issue, but advised me that it still wasn’t ready. Understanding she did everything she could, but I think she was put in a place that there should have been a manager delivering that message. I questioned what was taking a single SEC biscuit so long, and she had no idea. I asked her if she could just cancel it, but she couldn’t since I had ordered it on the app. I was already late for work at this point and had no way to wait for what was now a complete undisclosed amount of time, and now I’ve got to go through the trouble of disputing my charge, because I can only imagine what speaking to the manager there would be like, based on the prior comments from others. My experience is no different from what so many people have experienced at this Jacks. If I was the company, I would definitely be asking what was causing so many issues at this particular location.

The restaurant was buzzing with customers inside and out. This was my first time at a Jack’s and I ordered the Big Jack combo and chicken strips with fries. The burger was juicy with fresh tomatoes, onion, lettuce and mayo. The fries are not thin, crispy outside and tender inside salted just right. The chicken tenders were not hard and dried up…..very tasty. Restaurant safety rating: 91. Because of the volume, order turn around time was a little long but orders were accurate with staff checking tickets. Cleaning Staff constantly kept tables and floors clean. I hope you have the same good experience I had.

My first time visiting Jack’s I’m WarnerRobins. To say it was busy was an understatement. We decided to skip drive Thursday and ho in, great decision. We was able to bast in the experience. It was busy I see as well but organize. The menu was good variety of dinner food to eat and reasonable. It’s definitely a different type of fast food restaurant and I think you will be pleasantly pleased.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve eaten at Jack’s elsewhere and it was amazing! I waited a few weeks to try our new location out so they had time to work all the kinks out. I went today and our wait in the drive thru was over an hour long! Our food was cold, tea not sweet and got our food all wrong! I ordered the Big Bacon burger and no bacon anywhere on my burger. Then to top it off, the manager sure made time to go have a smoke break by the dumpster while we were in line. But clearly not enough help inside to get people food in a timely manner.
