Ordered my wife an unwich just for it to fall apart because they used 3 scraps of lettuce to make the sandwich. Will definitely try asking for double lettuce next time to avoid rebuilding the entire thing. Picture as reference as to some this might be enough lettuce

Waited 18 min as the first person in drive thru line. Ordered a #15 add pickles with salt and vinegar chips and a Diet Coke. Charged me and then I waited without my drink or anything for 10-12 min. Was given my food only to find out they gave me a #16 and bbq chips which was incorrect. Gave them my stuff back and asked that they fix it to what I ordered. Waited another 8 min for my corrected food. Watched Arnulfo give receipt back to manager to hide the mess up and didn’t give me receipt. I then asked for my receipt and he fought me on it saying it doesn’t matter if I get a receipt because “they all cost the same”. Got home only to find out they didn’t put on cheese at all for the #15. Never going there again and I want my money back!

I have to agree with everyone else on here saying how bad the service is at this location. I usually love Jimmy John’s, but this location is freakishly slow, orders are often wrong and they are always out of ingredients like bread… or turkey… I mean, come on!

The African American female working the drive-thru on 08/03/23 at 3pm needs to be fired. She wouldn’t let me complete my single sub order over the intercom and already gave my total so now when I’m home and look at my sandwich, none of the freebies I asked for are in my sandwich!!

Customer service at this jimmy johns is beyond amazing! The guy at the counter was one of the top ten nicest reps. Also the location is nice and the food is on point! I will be coming back here. I also think the place is clean! I don’t know the dude’s name but he needs a promotion!

More like freaky slow and bad service. I used to love this location since it’s very close to my job. However, nowadays this location seems to rarely have bread, online orders are not properly updated to the point you have to call and ask if it’s ready since they are always having system issues. Shouldn’t take 30 mins for a place whose subs are supposedly “so fast you’ll freak”. I’m genuinely trying to not simply say the service here more than sucks but improvements are needed asap. Get faster workers, fix the system, update online order properly, and for Christ sakes make sure you have bread! The workers seriously have trouble following simple instruction. If I pay for a specific number of kicking ranch then their job is too make sure the number I request and more importantly pay for are in the bag. Food isn’t bad at all but the extremely lousy slow service ruins it.

I have got food here before and it was great, but yesterday when I recieved my unwhich it was definitely wrong, labbled wrong, no peppers, way to much lettuce is an unwhich that means it is wrapped in lettuce already. It had onions when i asked for no onions. Ugh what can i do though. The unwhich was still good though and the workers where very polite. To bad I didnt notice my unwhich mess-up till I got home.

Food is fine, service used to be fine. However this is my 2nd time waiting 15 minutes plus in the drive-thru. Last time I just left cuz no one ever showed up at the window, even after I ordered food. This time however I had a car in front and behind me so I had to wait a full 15 minutes. When I reported to manager he said that something was wrong with the water main backing things up, but in my opinion they should be telling customers there will be a wait so they can choose whether or not they want to find another place to eat. Hopefully this can be fixed, if it happens again I would definitely will not be coming back here

I love the food here, which is why they got 2 stars, but often, the drive thru staff has been rude and inattentive. I expect a hello when I reach the window, not just telling me my total. If I say thank you, I expect the person to say, “You’re welcome”, if I ask for something – bcuz they forgot it- and they didn’t hear me (because they were turned away as they gave me the bag), I don’t expect them to say and “Huh” and look irritated. I expect them to say, ” Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t hear you. What can I get you?” As well, once I’m given my order, I expect them to say thanks or have a great day – something – not just closing the window without a word. Basic, common courtesy doesn’t happen. I pass up Jersey Mike’s to go here, but the experience is bad enough that I probably will not come back. :-/
