Update: April 22, 2023 Went in to chairs on top of all booths. Still had 2 hours before close but couldn’t sit in any of the booths. We asked and was told no. We decided to eat somewhere else where it didn’t feel like it was closed.

Every time I try to go here they are closed. It is 7:45 on a Friday night and 2 people are inside counting money and getting their drinks filled. Don’t know why they are closed this time. Hopefully we can get a restaurant that stays open after this one goes under from not being able to keep the doors open. One sign says “take out only” and the other says “close” that they put in the door. Have seen this many times. Google says they are open and I wasted my time.

So when a order is placed online, and you show up to pick it up. Then the crew blatantly ignores you when you ask for help only to tell you that they need to serve the people in line first. That’ll be the last time I go to Moe’s at this location. They need new management end of story.

The resteraunt looked dirty to me. Food on the floors, splashed on the glass sneeze guard, trash cans overflowing, the beverage and salsa area were a all a mess and this was at the slow time of the day. The employees were not friendly and the environment was unwelcoming. The food was still pretty good but it’s hard to give them business when things are such a mess.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed a catering order for my wedding (11/26) back in July. I called the day before to confirm and check on final details, like how much space they would need. The day of my wedding, the time for them to arrive came and went. My mom called only to be told that they had no record of the order and there was nothing they could do. We dealt with the issue for so long that the ceremony started late. In the confusion and anxiety, I left my bouquet in the hall and didn’t have it during the ceremony. My sister in law ended up missing the entire ceremony and half of the reception driving to another restaurant and begging them to produce a catering order for 70 at the last possible minute. It cost us double the catering budget, and our vegetarian guests ended up only able to eat chips and salsa rather than the tofu I had originally ordered. The next morning I woke to an email from Moe’s, thanking us for our order and for trusting them with our catering. I called and asked the girl who answered to look up my order- she found it immediately. So I don’t know what happened, but they obviously had our order all along. The regional catering manager said all she can do is refund the order they didn’t fulfill, which is definitely not enough for all the trouble their incompetence caused us on what should have been a beautiful day.
