I just visited this location and ordered the gluten free bread. The employees were so nice and even asked me if my gluten free bread was for an allergy or preference. I have an allergy and they took extra care to make sure my sandwich did not come into contact with any gluten. If you have or know someone with a gluten allergy, you know how difficult it is to eat out. Thank you for going the extra mile!!

My husband and I went to Firehouse, excited to eat there. We’ve enjoyed other subs there, so we expected more of the same. Well not tonight. The person who took my order seemed to misunderstand my order—whether purposefully or not, its not clear. I asked for no mayo on my veggie sub, just mustard and Italian dressing. Well, she apparently messed up my sub, putting mayo on it anyway, but instead of trying to rectify the situation, she asked someone else to make my sub. All the while, 3 other customers that arrived after us received their orders and left. Fourty-five minutes after we got there, we finally got our subs and left. When we got home, we found out that, even though I specifically asked for it, I still didn’t get mustard or Italian dressing. It was the driest sub Ive ever eaten. And my husband? Didnt get the steak sub he asked for. He got a chicken sub! Seriously?!?

Placed order at 9:10 pm via the website on a Saturday, order pick up time was at 9:25 arrived at 9:28 pm only to be told they were closed and that the hours have not been updated and that I could come back the next day. Came back the next day, placed my order upon arriving home my order was made wrong. Just a major inconvenience all the way around.

Staff definitely needs lots of work! I ordered a med sandwich with only ham, pepperoni, bacon and provolone cheese.. I told her nothing else on it just plain plain plain! When I got the sandwich it had tomatoes, onions, lettuce…it had everything! I asked her if she remembered that I said plain only ham, bacon, pepperoni and the cheese… she didn’t say sorry or anything…BUT THEN SAID FROM ACROSS THE ROOM DO YOU WANT MAYONNAISE OR ANYTHING!!! seriously?? So second go around getting sandwich back and they didn’t remember to put my bacon on it!! I guess she saw me picking through it and remembered the bacon…so the girl with the red or orange looking hair on her head brings the bacon out and just tosses it on the table and says there goes your bacon and walks off…yet again no sorry or anything!! We leave and no have a good day..service is out the window these days! By the looks of the reviews on here I think a new staff is in order! So sad!

This is the worst location and they are always making mistakes. Today I ordered the chicken gyro with bacon and extra tzatziki sauce. When I picked up the order I couldn’t see the sauce in the container very well and I asked the guy who prepared it is he was sure it was tzatziki sauce and he looked me straight in my face and lied that it was. I get home and my husband asked me what in the h e double hockey sticks is this? There were no cucumbers on the sandwich and instead of tzatziki sauce there was some gummy looking relish stuff. I tried to call the store back numerous times the phone rung forever. No one would answer so I guess they finally took it off the hook. For the last 45 minutes I’ve been getting the line is busy. Huge disappointment; these days you can’t even get what you pay for!!
