I’m really upset with the food that’s been coming from Dunkin’ Donuts in general. This particular location I get the same thing either a bec wake up wrap or sec English muffin. My coffee they make on point! However the bec is very sad. The bacon is never fully cooked. Drive thru service is always great! But when I go inside to pickup or order it lacks. I’m all for side conversations and things but not when you have people standing there waiting to order or ask a question and they do not even acknowledge you. I do not like to leave complaints but it’s getting out of hand. Almost every Dunkin location I visit the bacon is never fully cooked anymore. This picture does not do the rawness (uncooked ness) of the bacon. It’s sad.ETA:: I have even specifically asked for the employees to make sure it’s fully cooked to no avail.

Although I was really craving a frozen coffee & their Frozen drink machine was down…. I love this location. The avocado toast is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love being able to order ahead and just come and pick up my order

This place has gone so downhill. Came in this morning and it wasn’t busy. Ordered avocado toast and it barely had any spread on it and the bread wasn’t toasted. Workers were in slow motion mode – other customers were even speaking up about it. Never received my daughters doughnut but that’s okay. While I was waiting and NOT being acknowledged, I noticed that there was a severe fly problem in the doughnut case. Will not be visiting this location ever again.

If I could give zero, I would. I stood for 20 minutes in line. The mobile screen wasn’t working and the workers completely ignored the line waiting. Nobody ever came to the register, they just kept making drinks.

Got in line about 3 cars back from ordering at 10:15am and just finally received my coffee at 11:10am. Caused me to be late to a very important meeting and there was no way to get out of line. Please figure out the speed for service please. Only getting out four orders in an hour doesn’t seem very profitable to me. Also, it has been very slow multiple times, but this was the straw that finally lead me to write a review in hopes of speeding the location up.

I would take the trip to Starbucks in Canebay, the amount of time it takes them to make one coffee for you, you’d be at cane bay Starbucks, and done. 2 days in a row gave the benefit of the doubt, but day 3 waiting 15+ mins for one drink is wild!

I went to get a dozen donuts for my work team and in the display nets and flys we’re all over the donuts. I don’t know if they just didn’t care or if they were dealing with a pest problem but it was awful.

My experience was everything HORRIBLE. I was handed a dirty cup of coffee, asked for another one politely was handed another cup that residue of chocolate on it. I asked for a refund and both the manager and the cashier became extremely combative resulting in profanity. This location has never been consistent in how they prepare the food. I’m am disgusted at my experience and will tell all my friends, family and colleagues about my experience here.
