The food was hot and fresh, the women and gentlemen were very nice to us while they were dealing with a little rush. As far as the atmosphere goes, it was very quiet in the eating area and my mother and I were able to enjoy our meal in peace.

This Burger King had the worst customer service ever. We ordered our food with the person at the window being really rude to us. We get the window to pay and receive our food, we paid for the meals and waited for about 15-20 mins for our food and they were just playing around in the store and hiding out. When we received our food, she just tossed our food at us and didn’t say anything and closed the window on us.. then when we started eating our food, you can taste the staleness in the fries and they were also cold. The burgers I received were also cold and dried out. Corporate needs to do better. I usually like Burger King, but not this one.

I don’t typically write reviews. We went to the location and the microphone must have been out. There was an automated message that said to pull forward. Waited for a few minutes and noone was at the window. Saw three staff just standing around talking. The girl was laying on the order counter. We even honked and noone came to the window. Finally left with no food. Went to Taco bell instead.

Burger King used to be a favorite of mine when I was younger. Of course like everything else in the world the food tastes totally different it’s edible but different. It tastes like it’s been processed I personally don’t eat it but my baby love chicken nuggets the people were great I actually needed to make a double payment and the lady paid for my food for me that is awesome blessings after blessings.

They messed up first burger and the chicken sandwich was almost raw. I had an upset stomach and food poisoning. The service was terrible. Felt like a burden to even place my order. The cook in the back must of overheard my conversation with who I came in with and came in the lobby and started slamming things on the tables. It’s obvious whoever runs this business doesn’t not care about the operation of his store and how his employees treat customers. Never coming back and going let everyone I know not to go there.

I really was disappointed about my service at Burger King. I really was expecting a fast and friendly transaction, so I can enjoy my food. Didn’t quite go as planned. I walked in next in line, and my order was taken very quick. Problem was I didn’t receive it that way. I literally waited for 25 minutes for a simple order. The staff was in a meeting and the few employees that was responsible for service didn’t seem to have a clue about fast food. I patiently waited, giving the situation a chance to become hospitality, but when my food was finished. The young lady behind the counter seemed irritable as she threw my food into the bag and rolled her eyes as if I showed any problem. I walked out with cold food and a cold shoulder as well. The restaurant was clean and remoldal, but the service was disappointing

This is unfortunately becoming typical of fast food restaurants. I leave my hotel in the middle of the night as they close at midnight and arrive at 11:44pm. No one answered at the menu board of the drive thru as an automated voice said, “please pull forward to order”. I sit at the window (which also has posted closing hours of 12am) and watch employees hiding and then playing and pushing each other as a dude pushes a young lady towards the window and she opens it saying, “we closed, baby”. I replied, “I thought you closed at midnight, correct?” She looked bewildered by the challenge and said, “we closed at 11:45- er (looks at clock) 11:30 tonight”

They don’t salt the fries. At all. I thought it was weird when she asked me if I wanted salt for my fries at the drive-thru. I didn’t realize that they don’t put salt on their fries at all. Otherwise I would have told her yes. After waiting 7 and 1/2 minutes. I figured I would have been getting fresh pot food. Nothing is fresh or hot. The girl had to drive to window was extremely rude.
