I ordered on the Panda Express a half hour before going to pickup. My order was not hot for very long. I was 5 min late to pickup but they made my order TEN minutes before my 6:15 time That I selected.

I dig this place but I have two complaints. One, I will often try to beat the lunch rush and get there soon after opening. When I show up around 10:45-11 rarely do they have many dishes prepared. And two, the employees have been quite rude. They’re not very friendly and possibly stand-offish. Some are kind but the overall impression is negative. For context I’ve been to this location roughly 15 times in the past year.

TL;DL: The chicken they served was not cooked. (Still waiting to see if I get food poisoning.) It took them 32 minutes to take my order with no one ahead of us. Paid extra for he black pepper Angus beef. For 4 very small pieces. (Pics included)

This place is very lovely. It has pretty good food. I really like the orange chicken here. The atmosphere was nice and it was not too busy. Writing this review in the booth here, I can say the booth is not that comfortable, but better than a lot. Really good experience overall, will be back for more.

Ordered on line pick up. Received a text that my order was ready at 7:14pm, my daughters were there to pick it up for me. The order wasn’t ready for another 15 to 20 minutes. The manager did throw in a couple of spring rolls for the wait. Once they got home we realized they had messed up our order. We had ordered a side of fried rice as well as chow mein and had received both fried rice. I tried calling the store twice to get this corrected and no one was answering the phone. We had a couple of people upset about not getting chow mein so I decided to drive back to the store with the untouched box of fried rice (with the chow mein label). Once I arrived at the store there were only two customers (one waiting and one ordering) and 3 workers standing around behind the counter. I explained what had happened and they took the untouched box of fried rice and filled (mostly full) a box with chow mein and handed it back to me. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and they were trying to rush me off. I was disappointed with the service there.

This is the BEST Panda location in town. I live in Sandy and prefer to drive here for takeout. The food is fresh, they don’t skimp on the food and the staff is always super friendly. 5 stars for me!

Ordered online for pickup but they didn’t start the order until I arrived. Wait was only 15 minutes and they offered me a free drink. The food however was already cold somehow. Teriyaki chicken was decent but everything else was either flavorless, or not the right consistency (soggy Orange chicken ) Was disappointed but hoping they just had a bad night.

Last night, I had been working as a delivery driver. I visited Panda Express to pick up the customers order and they had not started preparing it until after I notified them that I was there. A red flag presented itself when they handed me a cup to fill for the customer with no consideration of proper sanitation. Luckily, I keep sanitizer in my purse. The drink was large, and my hands were cold. I proceeded to set it on the counter. The employee by the name of Carl began tying the bag and says to me ” Do you always stand this close and hover?.” (I’m 2 feet away, waiting we’re I could because the restaurant was crowded.) I asked him if he always treated customers like this? He told me not to come back and they never forget a face! Wow, the drink thing was a clear violation of health code, the slow service and half cold food, and the way that their employees feel justified in treating people! As a professional, do not recommend this establishment.
