Ordered online at 10:00pm. Didn’t arrive until 10:20, saw the big drive thru line so tried to see if the order was ready by walking in. They said no and to get in the drive thru line. Waited 40-50 minutes JUST to get to the speaker. Finally got our food and it was food. But this isn’t a Big Mac. What is this? Half of the burger is missing. And there were no jalapeños on the new burger.

Feels like home. McDonald’s is one of my favorite places to take the kids, my girl, and myself when I need to put in my personal work time. With easy access large digital displays for self-ordering, and hometown USA warm and personalized service, you can really enjoy some personal quite time, and quality food. Tonight, as I look at the Playhouse, I feel the good time I’ve had over the years with my family at this place – thank you, McDonald’s, for taking the Exceptional Customer Service one step further. Worst McDonald’s of all time. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s. But when they let customers sit in the lobby for half an hour and not a single employee can be bothered to tell the mountain of customers piling up that they are supposed to have the lobby closed. Just let more and more customers walk in the front door that is unlocked and say nothing. The cashiers cuss like sailors and have zero respect for anyone. The management sucks and the employees are quite possibly the dumbest rudest people you will ever come across. Drive 7 minutes to the one on the loop or the one on university and stay away from this joke.

Orderd a double cheese burger, plain. The recipe and label on the wrapper both said plain, but when I opened it up it was full of onions. Tons of onions on all 3 layers, there were so many on there that it had to be some kind of not funny joke. When I called and asked for a refund, I got to talk to a very rude, monotone employee who said I had to go up to the store (obviously I already knew that) and then immediately hung up on me. Maybe hire some people who can at least offer an apology for my wasted time and money.

Every time I come here, it’s a 50/50 on whether I’ll actually be able to get food. Either they close down the restaurant early for some unclear reason, just one car is served every 20 minutes, or you get to the menu and no one ever takes your order.

We were this McDonald’s this morning to get some breakfast. First all the person who take order missed an item. That’s not a big deal. When we received the bag checked inside sure enough item was missing. So we wanted buy it since it’s missing. The morning manager she is a latina want us to go back in line for one item. It’s only takes a minute. She was the rudest and meanest person I ever came across in my life. And all that was not even necessary. I hope the management do something about this person . Review for Cornell .. So I came here before and service was horrible like whoever the women overnight is needs a new start!. I actually didn’t want too stop there too eat but I’m m glad I did. Cornell At that window gave me a experience like no other… The young man is accurate,polite,sharp and on point. Food came quick fresh and with a friendly smile with words. Manager on staff tonight which I have had numerous encounters with lies about store being closed on numerous occasions. Serves door dash orders but won’t take orders through drive through or make orders that are sent through to her system and then turns the system off when people arrive. May 30th. I can to edit my review I’ve come another night if paying for food and they just happen to be closing their system down the exact momment I get there having already payed. I haven’t received a refund from the first couple times they have said this and am sure they are lying about closing their system.

Worst experience ever i took the order on 26th February 2:15AM i asked him for 3 mc chicken and 20 piece nuggets this is how he gave me mcchicken i said not to add lettuce but he just gave buns and chicken and he literally threw the ranch packets into the car from his window instead of handing it to me waste mcd experience ever he didn’t gave the bill aswell he only took cash from me
