DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! this location will underserve the amount of protein you should get. the franchise or manager is most likely trying to save money. It may not seem like a big deal but when you have local chinese food spots within half a mile that will serve it up to the brim for the same price then there is no reason in visiting this location on Fremont. china express is already known for serving smaller amounts than typical take out but this serving i received was upsetting enough for me to bother to leave a review.

The food was amazing, I know in the past it’s been kinda dry because it sits on the warmers for a while and the chicken becomes very dry, but yesterday we were told it would take 10 minutes to get the food, by the time we were done with the transaction they handed us the food. And it was like if I had never had Panda Express before. Like falling in love all over again. Wish that all food was always prepared to order.

I ordered a honey walnut shrimp chow mein and honey sesame chicken plate. They said they were out of sesame chicken so I said just the honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Drove off got to the gas station and found out I was given some chicken entree and no shrimp! So I drive back to the restaurant with the chicken and chow mein order in hand. Then I was told I had to find my receipt for them to correct my order. Like the food wasn’t enough proof of my purchase. I come back with the receipt and then they said I would have to pay an additional $1.25 for them to correct my order. So now 4 times I had to go in there plus I have to pay them to correct it. Terribly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location therefore I am giving it a 1 star rating. I don’t think I will be going back to this location for quite awhile because of this horrible experience. But I will be back eventually I am sure. I hope I can give them a good review next time..

I love the food , the costumers service is bad. They don’t know what there doing , there so hurrying and forget the side of food , it’s happen twice . Make sure double check if the sidesh it’s in the box. And this time it’s keeps me waiting the outside 30 mins waiting my order . And they don’t even give me a sign for the car to put in my car so they can find me where I park. Terrible I been waiting . And after 30 mins my order isn’t right . They gave me wrong one. So mad
