We use to go here all the time. But after my last visit we will not be back. I got home and my sandwich was not made right. The young lady who made it argued over the phone that is was correct but I told her I would just bring it back and show her. So she said fine and hung up on me. When I arrived another young lady wearing a beanie and glasses who wasn’t there when I purchased my food. Came up and got in my face and informed me that I wasn’t special is why my sandwich couldn’t be made the way I ordered it…so fyi apparently you can’t get a beach club with no meat or cheese or mayo and still get the avocado that is supposed to be on it…they had already called the cops before we even got there. The cops saw that my sandwich was obviously wrong and ask them to just fix the sandwich. I will never spend $100 on subs at this Jimmy Johns again. Check your order before you leave because you can’t come back if they get it wrong. I called corporate and filed a complaint but never heard back from the owner of this store.

Bread was stale, tuna overpowered by onion, cheese was hard and dried out. One employee had hair falling in his face that you couldn’t see his eyes. Don’t believe this was hygienic. My husband’s roast beef was okay but bread was hard and stale too.

Food was good but the worker wearing a binnie with large gages was pretty rude to me. Definitely was not my best jimmy John’s experience. Normally this place is great so it hurts me to give it a bad review but I feel I had to.

Location is good and I easily parked on the street right outside the door. The avacodo on my sandwich was brown and the cheese was not fresh. My son’s sandwich was the same but without the jalapenos he ordered. The food was ok and hopefully does not produce any food poisoning later.

The guy who took my order acted very nonchalant. I watched him be nice to the customer in front of me but rude to me. He didn’t greet me as I walked in . It wasn’t busy so I don’t see why not . My sandwich was not correct either.

I have never had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s until this visit. Victor was our order taker and he did not seem like he wanted to be there, he was leaning on the cash register while he was taking our order. He put in 2 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered wrong. The first sub I did not want lettuce on, he rang it up as an unwich. The sub that was supposed to be the unwich he rand it up as a regular sub and left tomatoes on there when we asked for no tomatoes. We had to keep repeating the order and he still got it wrong. I was disappointed with the service tonight.
