Most of the items that are available weren’t out. The food tasted old and stale. Gross. This is the 2nd time for this location. I guess the 2 star review from everyone is there for a reason. Panda is supposedly known for fresh fast food but not here.

I rarely ever do reviews but this was ridiculous. I went through the drive through and ordered a simple plate to which they told me one of my items was going to be a 7 minute wait. So I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes just for them to say it is going to be another 10 minutes because they suddenly ran out of the other item on my order. When I went inside to ask for a refund they said they “don’t have a refund button” and that it is “physically impossible” to give me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be going back

I went thru the drive thru ordered orange chicken and chicken breast green beans both with fried rice. The woman let me know it’ll be 7 mins for the chicken. Im okay with waiting because at least i know it would be fresh. I get to the window and paid, the woman tells me to park. I had to ask for my receipt which she seemed hesitant to give me. As soon as I parked my food was brought out. I get all the way home and my rice is not even done! It’s really hard and clumped together. I tried to force myself to eat it but I just couldn’t. I drive all the way back and started to feel sick. I wanted a refund! The manager “Laide” refused to give me a refund. “Only I can replace your order” why am I being forced to eat something I don’t want?!?. This is my 3x with bad experiences here. I won’t be back

horrible experience from yealey. had an attitude the entire time she was checking us out. kept muttering stuff under her breath, not the first time herself and other employees have been disrespectful. kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but nothing seems to change. management needs to take a look at the people they have running this place.

I have given this business several opportunities to make it right, but it never fails every time I go to this particular location me and my family have to wait on food to be made and half of the time it’s partly made because they were rushing to get it done. There needs to be better management and understanding in how much food you should be making to provide to your customers. As stated, this is a well-known issue and continues to happen so there has been no change on their part and they do understand how busy it gets on certain days as well as how much food they should be providing, they just refuse to do anything to get it done correctly. There is no reason you should ever have to wait over 10 minutes in the drive-thru for food. we will definitely not be going to this location any longer. There needs to be something done about the professionalism and with the employees that are hired here.

I accidentally placed an order for pick up instead of delivery, so I called to change it. They were rude and said that I needed to reorder it. I did and asked for a receipt. When the order got here, the fried rice was lo mein, the food smelled like a chain smoker blew cigarette smoke on it and there was no receipt. I guess they can’t read.

It’s been several years since tried this location. Still bad service and mediocre food compared to other locations. I really can’t see how they’re still open. I ordered take out 15 minutes ahead of arriving. Nothing is ready, most of the food bowls are empty at the counter, my order was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before I arrived. They cook when you arrive, so “it’s fresher”. Still took several minutes before anyone could be bothered to actually cook my food. Finally walked out 20 minutes after the app claimed it would be ready.

So embarrassing that these people actually scoop this food into a container and have the audacity to hand it to people. Went around 630, not right before closing and was handed nasty soggy old orange chicken and chow mein that looked like it had some weird substance on it and was 3 days old. I’m convinced this is the worst panda location. Gross.
