I heard half a ring and then static. I made sure it was the right number listed from here on Google and tried several times with the same results. Worst customer service ever. Staff is rude, unhelpful and makes you feel they don’t want to be there and you’re forcing them to work. I just ordered a large coffee and waited 15min to get it. I had to ask the staff where is my coffee and it turns out they forgot about me. I know this is Dunkin, but come on, hold the minimum standards, especially when there’s only 1 person in the store and you have nothing else going on.
