I ordered A lg Sonic Onion RIngs and the worker handed me the sack that was tampered with and my onion rings looked all nasty and not fit to eat. SO I Went inside and cussed them thangs out, that is not fit to be around food and got All my money back. FIND A CLEAN SONIC OR NONE AT ALL.

We arrive 10 minutes before closing to place an order. We were told they are out of tortillas for a burrito and they ran out of tea which I understand happens as it was close to closing. We proceeded to the front window to pay for our food. When we got to the window the man explained they were out of lids for their medium drinks. The man than told us he would give us a large cup measured with a medium drink. My friend suggested that they give us the full large drink at no extra charge as it was not our fault they ran out of lids. The employee refused, And said that would be an extra charge (talk about poor customer service). We then received our food after 10 minutes of waiting for it. We checked of food before we left the drive thru and we were missing an ENTIRE burger. We handed the employee the bag of food and the receipt and asked him to check the bag so they can realize their mistake. We waited Again for or our order to come back to us (ANOTHER 10 min…. WAISTED). We got the food back and the order was WRONG AND the food was COLD!!! Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this GHETTO LOCATION!!!!!

if you order at the store it’s usually a 10-15 minute wait if you order thu the app it is same wait after you arrive at the store. I have actually had to call the store because they said they were bringing my order out and it never made it to me.
