WOW if I could give 0 starts I would very unorganized and poor customer service I have ever experienced. Place order online so I can just pick up, got notification it was ready. When I arrived the place was packed with people and no employee to help. When one did come to the front and was asked a question he said let me check and disappeared for 15min. I told 2 different employees I was there to pick up my order and just walked away until the 4th actually checked for it. Once we got the pizzas home they were TERRIBLE! mostly crust. We order one with extra sausage and it barely had any at all. This location needs a new manager.

I ordered delivery and it never arrived. I called my DoorDasher who said he was waiting over an hour and is canceling and he hung up. I called the store but was transferred to the customer service call center who stated “we don’t deal with problems, you would need to contact the store directly” and then they auto connected me. The store never answered the call both times attempted. I received my order over a hour late and when I opened it, it looked like someone quickly grabbed food and threw it in box and bag. They didn’t send the correct order and the food had a nasty spice to it. Unfortunately it was not good and we ended up throwing it out. Just terrible terrible terrible and will not order from here again.

Very poor service. You can hear the employees in the back ground talking on the phone . I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone came to the front to greet me and that was only bc they had another customers order ready in the lobby. The lady also placed my order in the window instead of handing it to me. Or checking if I was picking up or ordering for take out. I’ve been to many little Caesar’s that are much busier then this location and received way better service. Sticking to dominoes .

Better communication is necessary for customers to understand when there is an issue. Staff ignored customers’ questions about online and pickup orders that were 30-50 mins past the “ready” time. It seems there was an issue, but everyone in the lobby (myself and 6-7 others) just waited. Then they would call a name and just passed orders out. Several people asked what was going on and if they had an estimated time, and the staff person just put their index finger up suggesting “1 minute” and just didn’t come back. A young lady came out 10 minutes later with a few orders at a time. The pizza was hot and tasted as expected but provided 40 minutes after the pick-up time. Still gave three stars in case there was a shortage in staff or manager, and the staff possibly didn’t know how to communicate they were behind for some reason.

My husband went to pick up my daughters pizza which they said was ready. Was supposed to be in the warmer as we ordered online and we input the code needed to retrieve the pizza. The pizza was left out on the counter and was stone cold and tilted it so it was a mess. My husband asked for the manager and the manager was rude and disrespectful and refused to give him an additional pizza or compensation for the mess they caused and the lack of decorum. This place is a JOKE!! He also heard the worker say just leave it in the warmer and I’ll eat it. Wow!! He gets the warmer but the customer does not. DO NOT GO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SLOPPY PEOPLE. I am not only disappointed but appalled at the attitude and lack of customer service. That’s why they have a 2.8 and now it’s gonna be a 2.0. Corporate expect a call and I need more than coupons for this

It’s no surprise this place has such bad reviews. We waited over an hour for our order to be ready. Kayden had us waiting there telling us our order was almost ready when in reality they had cancelled it. We waited over an hr for our order ! Rachel (manager) did absolutely nothing to help and told us we had to wait even longer for them to re enter the order. I’m not sure who trained them in customer service but they either need re training or quit if you don’t like working with people. No one ever apologized for their mistake we were just given a bad attitude even though the mess up was their fault.

Honestly, for how overwhelming short staffed they are, they do a great job! I go here pretty often and it’s usually only 2 or 3 people running the entire store and it’s always the same lady. I used to work at a Little Caesars so I know how busy it can get and you can only fit so many pizzas in the oven at one time. The other guests were SOO rude over nothing! I can see why it’s hard to keep staff. People need to have more patience over $10-20 worth of pizza!

I ordered my pizza on the app. when I showed up to pick it up. It wasn’t even ready for pick up. So I had to wait an additional 20mins past my pick up time. Pizza wasn’t even hot at all and I didn’t even get all my items. Everything I order from this company my order is always messed up and wrong and under cooked or cold pizza. That is and the last time I order from this location again. Little Caesars Pizza will not another order from me. I go to a mom and pop pizza place or a better corporate pizza chain.

Update: I left a bad review a year ago and I decided to try this location again out of convenience. Everything was fine this time. No missing items, order was correct, and they had everything I wanted in stock. I changed the rating from 1 star to 5 because I had no issues. Was this a fluke or did they change their ways here?
