They changed bacon brand. To thin and narrow. Took several bites before you ever tasted it. I called and they promised us replacements. Went 2 weeks later to get them and it was the good bacon! Not the scrawny things McDonald’s puts on their biscuits..the staff has always been friendly and you don’t usually have to wait long.

Boyfriend and I came through for lunch, ordered a route 44 cherry Dr Pepper with light ice, and a route 44 cherry limeade with extra nerds. Large chili cheese tots, cheeseburger with no tomato, lettuce or pickle, bbq sauce popcorn chicken and tots…they gave my boyfriend a medium drink, gave me a chili cheese fry, gave me a plain burger with nothing on it, and then when we told the lady at the window our order was wrong she got mad and got an attitude about it. Very displeased.

This place has gotten way to far out of hand. Purchased chicken only to bite into uncooked meat. Fries, well at least they were cooked sometime during the day. Time to clean house and get some responsible management that will hold the everyone accountable. Serving food like this will make people sick.

I asked for a Rt 44 Coke Zero with a medium tots, I was given a medium Coke Zero and told that this is what was on the receipt. Then given my tots which were small. When asking why that was I was told again it what you ordered. At that time I should have just had the car hop keep the food and drink but I was hott and wanted to leave. I asked for my receipt to which I was told I don’t have one. This is not the first time I have had a issue but this is the first time I have said anything. I understand if you can’t find people to work and that does effect some stuff but it should not effect quality and my tots where ice cold and I was unaware that you filled a drink cup so full that I literally only got 4 drinks out of my cup is ok. I felt like even a 1 is too high of a rating but it’s the lowest one you had.I personally think the only reason that this place is still here in Rogersville is because this is where you can put your training employees and the rest of your quote quality food. I just hope everyone there got paid good to mess up my order. I should have went to Kum and go on 125 at least then my food would have been correct.Edit,all taken care of when I tried them again good luck with issues. I just wish this would not have taken so long to get taken care of.

I ordered dinner at a crazy busy time tonight – there were only a couple of empty car stalls with 4-5 cars in the drive thru. Tyler was awesome and displayed excellent customer service! Even though they we super slammed, Tyler had a great attitude. I had a larger order; he made sure that my order was correct and delivered my order quickly. I was impressed with the service I received tonight.
