This is the worst place ever. Every time I get an order delivered. It’s never on time, and I’ll always have to wait at least 2 hours. And tonight I ordered pizza at ten thirty, called They only called once they could have called a couple more times being that they were trying to locate my residents which is bull. Because I know that they canceled the order and kept the food. And my kids gotta go to bed hungry tonight. Because they wouldn’t replace Orson another driver to bring in my food. I always have a issue with them. Never again, will I spend another dollar Kendric Could have cared less that my kids were going to bed without any food. I don’t even want to give this place one star I will never, ever or from you guys ever again

Can’t speak for delivery as I live too far from this location but I quite literally go here 3-5 times a week for lunch at work and if you go the pick up route these guys never mess up an order. Food is always exactly to order, made quickly and the staff is friendly. Small pizza deal is affordable and makes a nice lunch what with the included drink

I never give bad reviews. But when you pick up an order and it’s not correct ??? They call and say next time, just let us know and we will complete your order, I call back and they have no record of the missing flatbread that I was promised:( They did NOT remember and make it right even though I paid for it.

Seems 95% of the time I order a LG meatball sub with extra meatballs and pizza sauce I’m lucky if I get 12 to 15 halved meatballs. Filled out 2 forms online, one to corporate the other to the store and nobody ever called me. So we went ahead and ordered from them again but I wanted to talk to the manager 1st to see why no one called. He said he didn’t know his manager usually calls customers back. So I explained the issue n he looked up my order n said well u didn’t xall us n we were still open. I told him yes it was picked up just after 10pm but I didn’t eat until after midnight so they were closed then BUT I did take pics of the sub as it was wide open n there was exactly 12 halved meatballs on a LG sub order with extra meatballs. He responded well our policy now is if there’s a problem u call the store right away the same night n they will remake it. If u call the next day they no longer will do anything for you. So I asked why do u have complaint forms on yr site?? What’s the point?? He really couldn’t answer that except to let us or corporate know about th problem but if u want it replaced you HAVE TO CALL THE STOR THE SAME DAY/NIGHT YOU GETVYR FOOD. That’s bad business especially since on rare occasions they get my meatball sub right unless I complain to a manager n then he or she will make it themselves. So on my humble opinion this new policy they have started actually takes advantage and steals from their customers.

Staff could care less if you get your pizza delivered in a timely manner. Took an hour and a half to get it and it was cold. I called a few times waiting for the delivery and was lied to. They said it was on the way and I didn’t get it for another 45 minutes. Luckily the brand is reliable, so the pizza tasted as expected even though it was cold.

Poor service. I watched the manager scream at a girl on the phone because something was wrong with her pizza and he told her it’s not his problem that she didn’t have a car and that if she can’t bring it back he can’t refund her or replace her order.

As a friend/customer of Abe and Former Employee for his cousins and family. I am giving this Howies location a Five Stars. The food is fresh and well cooked. This business has been around since I was 8. Hungry Howies would deliver to my former school Elementary and High School Livingstone Academy back in 2012-2013 and I’ll never forget that. This family will always have the respect for their business and the hard work and the effort they make to find good employees and run their establishments very well. I even been to other Howies locations Ali has a very clean Buffett bar to. Let’s bring the fruit pies to Riverview,FL. That’s my only request. It can be done! We got taco pizza
