They were closed one hour before the posted time, despite the hours saying they closed one hour after. If that’s the case they should post the correct hours of operation and not mislead people. This is terrible for customer experience.

Real disappointed I ordered a 3 topping large at the Domino’s downtown a month ago on 6th ave they put jalapenos instead of pineapple on my 3 topping pizza I just took off the jalapenos didn’t look till I got home lesson learned!! I thought i would try this Domino’s a little farther a way hoping better luck. This is what i got there must b a shortage on sauce & cheese I have had better $5 carryout at little caesar’s !! I guess all Domino’s have lowered there standards

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I placed a carry out order, when I arrived to pick up my order there were 4 employees just standing around while one was glued to her call phone. I stood there for a good 10 mins without being greeted or told it would be a moment. When the woman on her phone realized a pizza was sliding off their oven belt she jumped up to grab it with her BARE hands….. She then instructed the other employees to “help” me. I asked to speak to a manager, this woman informs me…. She is the manager….. If you’re looking for unsanitary kitchen conditions AND sub par customer service you’ve found it.

So I have eaten Domino’s Pizza for years and never, ever have I had food that was made so well. Server # 8733 (who is better known as Cynthia) is just simply devine! My order was made exactly to our liking. There’s nothing better than getting to eat greatly made food on your lunch break. Thank you Cynthia, for putting love in making our food, having an absolute wonderful attitude, and making us feel so welcomed!! I order from this Dominos quite often but today it was ABSOLUTELY terrible. My food took over 2 hours to arrive and I really thought maybe they kept my food in a warmer or something but NOPE! Pizza was cold, stale, and just awful. I ordered 2 pastas both came ice cold… do not order from here. Delivery driver “Frank” really had the audacity to ask me to come to his car to get my food that already took hours to arrive. His excuse was “I’m having a really hard night” not knowing he just ruined mine and now I have to go to work until 6am after not getting the dinner I wanted.
