No receipt given 8/19/23 8:00pm. Drive thru girl has the nastiest attitude. Ordered 2 frozen cokes. She gives me one but yet there’s another sitting next to it. I said didn’t I order 2 she said no then closed the window. Give people the receipt and no wondering how many I paid for. Why are you in customer service if that’s your attitude.

I placed an order at the drive-thru window. There were 3 vehicles in cryogenic me and 4 behind me. I drove to the window, paid for my order and was told to pull over to one of the parking saves and someone would bring out my order. The time was 3:12 pm. My order was brought to me at 3:35 pm. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, not a bucket of chicken. The food is good but need better management on product output. Maybe the owner should visit the store as a customer and assess where improvements can be made. The customer service was very good and the restaurant was clean.

Very rude staff. Order was very simple and they were just playing and laughing for 10 min before they even started my order. Inside order took me 30 min before i receive my food. Only one other person sitting and waiting for order. Staff was sarcastic when I asked how much longer it would take? Staff said “when it’s done.

Sat in line behind another vehicle for at least 15 minutes, but when we got to the speaker, we were told that they were closed. It was exactly 7:00 pm, and this is a Sunday night. Website says they stay open until 10:00 pm on Sunday.Drive thru cashier they told us they close at 7. There were no signs up showing that they were closing early, and the website doesn’t reflect any changes. I know that there are cameras in the drive thru of almost every restaurant, so therefore they knew we were already in line before they decided to say they were closed. Same principle as if we were inside the store, as long as the customer is in the store before you lock the doors, then you have to wait on them. Something needs to be done about this restaurant. If they can’t keep their doors open for ALL customers when they are supposed to normally be open, then they need to permanently shut their doors. No one wants to keep wasting time, money, and gas by playing a guessing game as to when they might actually be open.

i just moved here and i feel that i see a pattern here. feels like the evening and night crew is the D grade team and the morning and afternoon is A grade. usually when i come here during the evening into the night there will be something wrong with my order or i’ll get attitude from one of the girls taking my order. sometimes it feels that they’ll take shortcuts in making the food too. want something special on your sandwich low odds it’ll happen. and the service is slow at night too. go here before 3 i would say. seems like a bunch of high school students work here too and take the job as a paycheck and a joke. some will be on their cell phones. some will have a conversation going between each other.

We eat ALOT here. We are frequent flyers at our Marion Burger King. The manager (man and woman) are both nice. Super friendly. We see them alot. Most the employees are friendly and work with u. Only 1 time did they forget a fry in an order I did but since they do everything right 95% the time I wasn’t gonna fret over it. Wish they had a reward program since we got there a few times a week. Like to get something free. Besides the offers on the app I mean something for ppl that go there as often as we do. Idk just an idea. Probs to Marion BK. We love yall!

If you want to catch COVID 19, please come to this store. Employees DO NOT wear their masks. They were disrespectful when I questioned them as to why he put his masks on so late to hand me my food. When I asked him “Why would you wait until you hand me my food to put your mask on? The employee responded with ” You have a good day Sir.” They are not following CDC guidelines or company policy. They were extremely dismissive and disrespectful. I bet no one from corporate would email or reach out to me.
