Oh my…where to begin!! 12:25pm on a Saturday…thought the place was closed as there were no cars in the parking lot or drive thru. Went inside the restaurant and no employees to be found. Kept saying hello till finally someone dragged themselves over to the register rubbing her eyes and digging in her hair…then I instantly knew why they had no customers. The couple behind us said when they pulled in 2 or 3 employees were out back smoking…so that could explain where all the employees were. Place is filthy and disgusting…employees lazy with way too much attitude…and the place needs shut down. We did call the Health Department to do a surprise inspection which they will surely fail. We spoke to the Manager and she could of cared less. I believe they were all related

Haven’t had any since they closed the East shore restaurant so I thought let me go up there and get some. My fish was cold it was Grease logged and very salty fries were cold and very salty. hush puppies were crispy but they were also cold. My Cole slaw was warm Throw you that away don’t know how long it was sitting in have no desire to go back. Also No sauces

On 8/25/2023 at 8:50 pm went to go to drive threw all the employees were out side smoking cigarettes and said they were closed however they r open from 10:30am-10pm I am not happy about this drove out of my way to come to get food and couldn’t because the lack of effort let alone professionalism you wounded y this place is going out of business soon couldn’t even get phone number online for corporate because their online stuff only allows you to order and apply for a job not make a complaint and you have to have the stores number from the receipt to make a complaint and I don’t mean the phone number this is the address 6557 Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg, PA I am not happy about this something needs to be done about this why don’t you hire employees that actually want to work not just smoke cigarettes outside and tell the customers that they’re closed 1hour and 10 minutes before they are actually closed Don’t bother going here because they’re just gonna tell you their closed when they’re not was going to go through drive-through but instead I went to Burger King!!

Food is decent, dining room is filthy and sticky. There was food left on tables from other people too lazy to throw out their trash. Workers didn’t seem to care much about anything. Honestly they’re probably over worked, understaffed, and under paid.

The food was good as it always is. I ordered on line and I was 15 minutes late and it still wasn’t ready yet and the girl that was at register didn’t say anything to me just made a face as she went to get it ready for me.. when she brought it to me she still never said a thing even when I tried to talk to her. The night crew are so much nicer will go at night next time

I stopped and ordered a bucket of chicken, pieces of fish and another meal, which was over $40. They said the chicken will take a little longer. We waited along with some other people in the dining room. Then we noticed that they brought everyone’s food to them in the dining room except ours. We still waited, then went up to the window with our receipt. THEY FORGOT OUR ORDER. It took a few more minutes until they got our order together. This took at least 45 minutes. The food was good but not worth the wait and price.

We decided to eat at KFC bc we hadn’t been there in forever. The food was good and hot, it wasn’t sitting there waiting for someone to order it so there was a little wait. They were out of napkins and I had to ask for some at the counter. I used the bathroom and thought i took a trip to the artic, it was freezing (but only in the bathroom) the eating area was nice and cozy. I believe we will eat there again even though I only gave it 3 stars. The food was good no one was rude or mean. I just think they are doing the best they can with what they have. You know the food is good when it was after lunch and they were busy.
