It took about 10 minutes before anyone came to my table but afterwards they were reasonably attentive. The food was good and the restaurant was accomodating with a gluten-free menu available.

Don’t come here. Food was yummy yes but 1) Small portion (the clams were less then a penny in size ) 2) wait time was too long (54 min for food) 3) ineffective setting attendence, 4) our server forgot our water 3 times and seemed unprofessional and lacking experience. Even the manager walked around looking nervous and confused. Not worth the price wait or experience; and we have been to other locations

My boyfriend and I came here for a late dinner around 9:30. Our waitress was very sweet and took our order promptly. The food took forever to come out, at least 25 minutes.. we were getting very hungry and asked her to check on it. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. My boyfriend’s food was mediocre (he was fine with it), but mine was awful. We talked to the manager, who was awesome. She apologized and she took my order off the bill and gave us vouchers for our next visit. I would give this place another try, because the management helped us leave feeling better about an otherwise bad dining experience.

Poor service and average food. Family of 4 visited on a Sunday afternoon. The place was not crowded and we asked to sit outside on a beautiful day but was told it wasn’t available. We were then seated it the back of the restaurant where it was freezing. We were waited on immediately by friendly staff, our orders were taken, and then we were promptly forgotten about. The food took forever to come out and when it did it was barely warm. My kids ‘sliders’ were more like hockey pucks. The adult meals were OK taste wise. I had to chase down another waitress to get my kids dessert and to get the check for an elderly couple sitting behind us. As we waited for the dessert and our check we had to endure a raffle (???) and the entire staff dancing to “ride that train’. I suggest less dancing and hawking my table to buy raffles and more service.

Worst experience ever. If you want water make sure you ask ahead of time. I asked for water 3 times until I had to be a little rude to get some services. Sitting at the bar they don’t pay any attention to you. I ordered my crab legs with garlic seasoning and it didn’t have any seasoning in it so I decide to get obey instead. The second batch the manager order my crab legs with obey and they end up putting garlic in it. I didn’t have any utensil I had to asked for that too. Up to that point I lost my appetite. The manager was very accommodating and was trying her best to make me feel comfortable but the staff at the bar is HORRIBLE!

Not a good experience at all. My sister and close friend came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. They took forever to bring out the food and then when they finally brought it out no one at the table was satisfied with their food. Our waitress was nice but very slow That seem to be the only thing we enjoyed. The bill wasn’t bad. I guess you get what you pay for.

Joe’s Crab Shack the fast food of Seafood was awful. I made a reservation and requested to be seated at the front of the restaurant as my father is handicapped. Upon arrival they escorted us to the furthermost table from the front door while we walked past tables that were empty and when questioned they replied those table need to be set, are you kidding me set one. That was the start to an evening that quickly went from bad to worse. Our server arrived and I must say she was positive and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered and waited over an hour for our food to arrive.When the food did arrive it was luke warm to cold as if it sat in the pick up window for a long period of time before being brought to the table. When my pot of lobster arrived the food was in a large pot as expected but it wasn’t removed from the net bag it was cooked in clearly this dish is not prepared fresh in fact the shrimp were hard and rubbery as if they were cooked in a micro wave. At best this dish was barely average. My father ordered a bowl of mussels half did not open (in fairness the manager ultimately replaced the dish). When we spoke with the manager he seemed confused and instead of offering a solution to our displeasure he asked what we would like done .Personally the food was so bad I did not want to pay at all especially when they tried to charge us for a replacement order of fries the first order was delivered ice cold. My personal recommendation is stay away let this restaurant pass onto restaurant heaven before they poison someone.

Food was good. Service was HORRIBLE. When we walked in a few employees were standing at the door talking. We were barely acknowledged so we continued walking on looking for the hostess to be seated. One in the crowd then called after us to seat us. Once seated it was at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by anyone to take our drink or dinner order. We didn’t wait long for our food (because of the dissatisfied looks on our faces) but we had to ask more than once for condiments. This is the service we received when the restaurant wasn’t busy (there were many empty tables for a Saturday night!).

Wait staff were not very attentive the last few times I came here. I really liked the food and the pineapple pina collada which kept me coming back but attentive, and smiling wait staff are what I like to have when I go out to eat and pay for the wait staff in the form of a gratuity. Some people have bad days, but 3 different waiters/waitresses on 3 different days is not just a bad day for the one waiter/waitress. For 15-20 minutes worth of time spent with me at my table and a tip of $25+ each time I just want them to not forget my water, or pick up the check with my card a little faster then 10 minutes after they dropped it off at the table.
