I had a great experience the second time I took my dad. They made a complete order with fries and everything was the way it should be. The general manager reached out and apologized swiftly, but it took a couple months for me and my old man to get back in. I appreciate the workers, manager and owner.

The food is good. I’m partial to their chicken teriyaki sub & fries (and did I mention the yummy cookies). But have to tell you the service at this location (W. Saginaw Hwy) was even better than the food! It’s nice to feel like a welcomed guest. Will absolutely be back!

Pretty bummed. Our order consisted of a veggie sub and a cheesesteak sub. The cheesesteak was fine, really messy, but taste was okay. The veggie sub had pieces of steak (even bacon!) all throughout the sub. I’m a vegetarian and not going to eat a sub with bits of meat in it. I called the store and explained. They said I could bring the sub back and they’d make me a new one. I wasn’t going to pack my 1 and 2 year old kids back up to go do this when we were already sitting down for dinner. I asked for a refund, but because the order was placed online, they couldn’t refund and I would have to call corporate. I called corporate, had to leave a voicemail. Got a call back the next day, explained what happened and was told the store owner would call me to follow-up. I never received a call. I know there are staff shortages, and I’m all about giving grace right now, but this was just an overall bad experience. Won’t be going back.

First off, this is my 2nd poor review(deleted other to re-review.) Gf stopped and got food. First off they took her order then after the fact they tell her no more fries. Ugh she would have left if she hadn’t paid already and they started making the sandwiches. Second…she gets home and my turkey bacon ranch you ask? let me tell you about this sandwich….1) I didn’t have tomatoes it was supposed to. 2) barely any lettuce. 3) it had mayo instead of ranch. 4) little to no cheese. 5) extremely small. I basically had a meat sandwich. There was only 2 kids working and no manager. I tried calling store twice(granted it was 15 min to close) and no answer. Very disappointed. Judging by the other reviews this is common here.

My Italian sub was terrible, the bread was wet, it seemed that they microwaved the meat. Penn Station was my favorite sub shop, the Italian sub was my favorite, I’m just so disappointed!!!! I was going to take it back but it was raining so hard, I just threw it away.

Wish I could select one star !!!! Came I. On JULY 3 at 1230 pm waited 25 mins on 2 subs no fries ! The workers never even said one thing to me ? Also the way they moved was unreal again I was only person in store and it took that long ! I advise the manager or owner to take a long look at the people he had in his store cause as for me and my friends family will never be back and I will stand in the highest roof top to tell anyone that will listen how bad this place is !!!!! I finally got my food at 1245 just to let anyone know that is reading this ! You can see the receipt says 1215 !

Although poorly assembled, the cheesesteak was quite good. The bread they use stands up to the sandwich, so props on that and the bread tastes good as well. However, the “cheese-bread” is a complete joke, and instead they should pay you to eat it. 6 dollars for mush bread with no garlic and so-so cheese.. disappointing to say the least because this item was a reason we chose to dine here. I’d say take it off the menu altogether and stick to subs.

Normally this Penn Station is GREAT, but today the fries were sooooo undercooked we had to put then in the oven and the was a disproportionate amount if sauerkraut to meat on this sandwich. Not a good day for this place.
