The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. I placed an online order for a 10pc mixed wing dinner and I was not disappointed. Wings were cooked to my instructions and all condiments and items were accounted for. Regina was very friendly, we came in with a large group. She was patient, helpful and very attentive. She provided insight on what flavors were her favorites (which were almost all of them lol) she even offered best advice on how to separate for our larger group. Definitely over and above our expectations. She is a rock star! She managed the front, the back the phones and still maintained her friendliness with us. That’s stellar customer service! They’re pretty good at this location. Though I wish they would improve more on doordash/pick up orders. They have them behind the counter on a rack and when they called for My pick up name, they just put my order on the rack and walked away fast.. I was trying to reach for it but couldn’t get it over the counter so I had wait a little more for the employee to walk back to the front and have her hand me my food.

I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I left and came back. I saw this place bot only being ran by kids, they were eating where they make the food. I cannot believe this is ok. Each person that cam from the back area came back chewing. I will be calling in the morning, but they should know that isn’t sanitary or safe.

You I’ve got to say, I love Wingstop, the original hot wings & classic are my favorite. However the few times I have come here idk if I am just unlucky or what the deal is but it seems I get the driest wings they have available, they had little meat and what it did have was really dry.

I ordered 30 lemon pepper and 20 spicy Korean and did not receive the right quantity. I love wingstop but I want to get the right amount that I paid for. I have let it go not just once but twice before because I didn’t want to drive back to have it corrected. This time I made sure to count it before driving home. Again, they did not give me the right quantity. If you order a large quantity I would definitely count it.
