Derek gave me my food, and quickly asked If I needed something else,or any condiments… Great smiles from both of you as well!! Saturday morning around 8am,kiosk machines inside aren’t working so I had to order at the counter. I actually just deleted the detailed story of what happened because it’s lengthy,bottom line is the manager here at this time was the nastiest,rudest wannabe manager I’ve ever dealt with. I’m sure the owners of this place and/or McDonald’s corporate would never allow her to deal with customers if they would’ve seen her n action. The other employees were obviously scared to even look her way, and for good reason. We eat here quite a bit and I’ve seen her cuss at her employees and bully them but I really didn’t think she’d treat customers that way, especially when she was n the wrong. She didn’t even fully understand how the McDonald’s app and mobile ordering worked and the different ways it benefits the customer. She acted like everyone was stupid for not understand the process when she clearly didn’t ‘get it’. It was obvious she didn’t get it and had people around giggling with the way she believed she ‘got it’. There’s 5-6 of us that meet here a few times a week to eat, and she showed such a pompous,arrogant attitude that all of us have agreed not to come here again. This girl has some serious anger issues that I’m sure have run off more customers than us.

This is my favorite McDonald’s for fast yummy food. They have never messed our order up, the food is always so fresh and they are always so fast compared to other close ones (my kids are crazy about McDonald’s so I’ve been to most of them lol). If I’m close I’ll pass up other McDonald’s to come to this one because I know it will be faster even with a bit of an extra drive.

this by far the worse McDonalds I have ever been too. NO ONE ever says THANK YOU or nothing. The kids that work there are just plan out RUDE!!!!! I have told myself over and over to stop going but today was it for me….both females in the drive thru at both windows don’t need to work customer service!!!!!!!

Generally, I like this store, but they dropped the ball today. Ordered an iced coffee and got coffee flavored water. I thought they messed up and gave me iced tea. Ordered on the app and added sugar. There is no option for the cream, so 50% of the time you get just coffee instead of the way it’s pictured with the cream and such. At least I only spent a $1 on the app for it.

I had the best service experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. The person who helped me was competent and patient and thoughtful. When was the last time you could say that about the fast food experience? The order was correct even though we had complicated substitutions.
