$11.76 for this is wild. I’m pretty sure the board at the drive through window said around 8.50 which is why I picked this because $10+ for fast food is rediculous but I maybe wrong. Chicken was a little grease logged, gravy tasted weird, and they forgot my fry. I understand it’s easy to forget the fry but it would be nice to be compensated when your paying that much.

When it was my turn to place the order in the drive up line, they asked me to “please wait a minute”. I waited maybe 5 minutes then asked if they were still there. They asked me to “please wait a minute” again. This went on for about 20 minutes. Had enough, went inside. Got an attitude from the young woman taking my order. *After* my order was placed, they said I’d have to wait another 20 minutes for the extra crispy or I’d have to change the order to regular recipe. Nope. I asked them (politely) to please cancel my order and refund the charges. I explained all this to the manager when she came to process the cancellation. It was obvious she was either unaware of the situation in the drive-up line or didn’t care. No explanations from her, no apologies, just a curt transaction and a “get out now” attitude. Will never go back.

It’s not too bad when there is actually someone really to take an order. Waited multiple minutes and nothing. Went next door instead and got in and out of their drive through in about the same time I waited before leaving.

Nothing but crackheads work here and they are also rude as hell when my wife ordering a mixed drumstick bucket the dude said shes not special and they dont do speceial order’s for special people when what she asked for is on the menu and she came home crying next time i will be going with her
