This place is normally great but I order a sub from here yesterday and the lettuce was bad. I called and they wasn’t trying to fix the problem they was thinking I want my money back and I just wanted to tell them the lettuce was bad. The manager was just bad. Just fix the problem that’s all

I can say that my original review would have been much worse. We ordered, and our food was late. They were running behind. That wasn’t an issue. The issue was that whoever answered the phone when we called to check on the order, was beyond rude. Mind you, we have NEVER ordered from here before. The man said “we had an issue with you last night.” When we told them that we have never ordered from here before, he said “I don’t care, it went to the same address.” We live in an apartment building. Mind you, it is the same address but we’ve never ordered from there before. We also had kids..outside in the rain, who were also hungry. They got upset because of the way the man was talking and because we were waiting on our late order. The driver drove off, and never got his tip, so we took the tip down to him. The people were very understanding. The manager on duty sent the rude guy home, and the manager also made me a sub that I didn’t have to pay for. The order got messed up, and I wanted something very specific. They said it was discontinued, and when offered to pay for it, the manager said no. Very respectful and nice. I was originally never going to order from them again, but because of this manager, Josh, I would order from here. The food is amazing, I’d just say to watch with the way your employees talk to customers. Customer service is very important, and if you are representing a company, you have to set your feelings to the side and try to make it right with the customers.
