Stopped here for dinner. Ordered a meal that was missing toppings. When I asked for a refund, the manager was condescending, disrespectful, and acted like it was my problem. I left a “highly dissatisfied” store survey as well. Seeing the other 1 star and 2 star reviews on here now, I guess I can’t be surprised. I get that food service isn’t always fun, but that is no excuse to be rude, refuse a refund when it’s your fault, and act like the customers don’t count for anything… especially to a customer who unlike you was polite even when bringing up the issue.

Drive-thru girl that took our order had an attitude & forgot to put on a smile before opening her mouth!! Fries were not fresh & my burger tastes like it had been sitting awhile. They didn’t have the Spicy McChicken. We got our food without having to pull forward first.

If you wanted McDonalds and you had to choose between Big Lake or driving another 7 miles to Becker McDonalds, I’d make the drive. As far as MC D’s go, Becker is much better operated and more equipped to handle, making a cheese burger. For what that’s worth.

We went through the drive thru for a Big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder meal. The Big Mac only had 1 patty, so I called the restaurant and advises the person that I only received one patty. I was advised to go in for a “better Big Mac”. We went through the drive thru again and received a 2nd Big Mac- again, with just one patty and 1 cheese! Finally time I went inside the store and talked to the manager and showed them the two burgers. The manager flipped through my burgers and handed me a 3rd burger that now actually has 2 Patties but barely any Big Mac sauce and ONE CHEESE!. This is the saddest looking Big Mac I’ve been in a while. She then asked if I wanted the first 2 burgers back?! Like seriously…you just literally flipped through the burgers with no gloves on! Will definitely need to reach out to corp/ regional office on this one.

I ordered 5 meals. We were the only people in there and only one car in the drive-thru. We waited 25 minutes for the food. It was cold by the time we got it. 86 dollars for fast food that was cold and took longer than a sit down restaurant. Not acceptable! Won’t stop there again!

No no No don’t EAT here!!!! Good luck almost too much to even wrote this review- cold food, slimey floors , concerning food quality —ffff- grade just not ok !! Lackadaisical attitude of staff when the kiosk didn’t print out a receipt so hope u have a good memory to remember your order number……then my order wasn’t even appropriate to what I had punched in I asked for no cheese …. For allergy.. I got- cheese…. No bun so sloppy out into container cold burger patties not even warm—- forget if you wanted hot food …what a joke – stay far FAR away this place!!! Asked for specifics…. no pickles no mustard can we read ? It is not difficult hope I don’t get food poisoning — just sad!

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. I ordered the crispy buttermilk sandwich today. I took one bite and spit it out. The meat was soggy, brown, undercooked and smelled rotten. The sandwich was unusual looking with no tomato and shredded lettuce. The fact this kind of food is sent out is very disturbing.

Ordered double quarter no ketchup. Waited in drive thru 10 minutes. Label clearly said NO KETCHUP. it was smothered in ketchup. Cook is apparently illiterate. Not my first issue with this cesspool. Will be going elsewhere.
