I’ve been going to Larry’s every now and again for awhile now, and I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience there. Great subs, great service, and just an excellent place to sit down and contemplate life while enjoying a filling lunch. First time here and not disappointed. My husband and I bought the Big Boss Philly cheesesteak sub, and they were awesome!!! Bread was soft and fresh, and steak was tender and full of flavor with great ingredients of cheese and sweet peppers and mushrooms. Very good portion size for the money and a must try for any sub sandwich lover!! Very clean restaurant and great memorabilia of New York

What better place to get a sandwich than a sub place right? Wrong. Not a NY sub at all. Garbage soft tasteless bread and old meat and lettuce I would have thrown out. Tasted like everything came from a plastic bag. Dirty ceiling and walls made me think it isn’t a sanitary place. Weird vibe like everyone is unhappy..

They are deceiving people horribly bad. The menu said the sub was $9.39 and I had additional items added but my receipt shows $13.99 , now the girl said its $2.30 more per the sign on counter but then it still should only be $11.69. She just said well the owner is just to cheap to change signs. This was our first and last time!

Customer service was great and my hot sub was tasty. This visit was a vastly different experience from last year’s. Who you hire matters a lot and apparently there has been a change in crew. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Came in for a quick lunch with my girlfriend. Service was great. But unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the food. The sub was very uninspired,bland and dry. And NOT giant. The soup was the same, but it also had a weird sour taste to it. We didn’t eat our soups. The NY/Philly atmosphere is nice. Just wish the food was better.

Larry’s giant subs Summerville in a strip mall near Midland Parkway off old trolley rd. Noon ish order and the place was packed. Ordered small corn beef and pastrami on rye with onion tomatoes peppers. $7.29. Overpriced and underwhelmed .. Bread was a bit old and looked like a cross between pumpernickel and rye doing neither justice. For that price I can kind of salad at Subway.
