Came the other day during the day and it was 5 stars service was great and food was fantastic, came tonight and they weren’t super busy but had 4 servers come by our table in the beginning and proceeded to not have hardly any service for the meal, took over 40 minutes for our food to come out and when it did it was wrong. Only after the meal was sent back did our server come by our table. Then took another twenty minutes to get the correct meal out. Then back to no service and when we asked a fella for the check, it never got brought to us. All in all it was an unsatisfactory and disappointing outing. We felt very uncared for.

I purchased lemon pepper and parmesean garlic wings (wet). When I got them, they were dry. When they finally put sauce on them both, no one could determine which was which because they both tasted so salty. Even with too much salt you should be able to taste the difference in the flavors.

Service was horrible. It was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Tried to be understanding, but the waitress simply didn’t care or try. One of her other tables even went to the drink station and refilled their own drinks. Our appetizer never come and when we asked about it, she said she accidentally put the order under the wrong table and it got thrown away. But she never bothered to tell us. We were through with our wings before the appetizer ever made it out.

This BWW always has consistently great food, and Taylor at the bar is the best waitress I’ve EVER had! That’s saying A LOT coming from someone who is a foodie and eats out all of the time. Taylor remembers the smallest details from visit to visit, never lets your drink go empty, etc. She’s FAST, too! I’m very familiar with the other bartenders that work here….and the others just don’t remember the details (like lemons and sweet-in-low upon refills, napkins, sauces, etc). Or, they are soooo slow and your drink goes empty. Taylor should be in fine dining making BANK…this BWW better give her a raise!

Taylor was a great bartender/server. She was the only one I could see that actually cared about the guests that were dining in. The kitchen was very slow for our food and it was not busy at all. I could hear loud laughing from inside the kitchen when sitting at the bar. Groups of workers standing by the bar talking while tables needed attention. If it wasn’t for the bartender, my wife and I would have left. So thank you Taylor! She was taking care of everybody at bar and a few tables behind us and Training another employee!

If I could give 0 I would!!! The service here is ridiculous. First we had a group of 25 and the tips could have been great. Waited over 2 hours for food. The 1 bartender was so overwhelmed and rude. Took 20 minutes to get drinks if we even got them. The food was cold terrible

Never again will we go here , been 3 times in two months and they consistently are getting worse the garlic parmasean had no sauce whatsoever and they chicken was cooked so hard it sounded like a rock when you tapped it on the table. We ordered to go and the dog wouldn’t even eat it. And get me started in the service, 95% of the staff are rude and do not care about the customers expierence. I hated to even give them one star but I had to so I could write this review.
