So so. Poutine was kinda lacking. They use an onion gravy that blends right in with the cheese so we initially thought we were just eating cheese fries. They were just ok and definitely needed salt and pepper. The piccata was good but not amazing either. Neither were worth the price. Server was sweet and attentive.

Busy Saturday night and had to put in reservations. Walked around Middlebury and waited. Typical grill fare and atmosphere. Ballgames in tv in background, bar, festive noise, etc. Prices were average for this kind of dining experience. Portions were good sized, but saved room for dessert.

The Lake Monster dog was the only thing that appealed to me on the menu and it was a good price. My wife said the $28 chicken carbonara was bland like butter water. The chocolate mouse was amazing, but with the horrible service it made the whole meal horrible. Kids loved there meal, and for $8 with ice cream it’s an amazing deal.

Great restaurant with noisy friendly atmosphere. Bar and restaurant were packed and I was lucky to get seated right away. I got the fried Brussel sprouts with bacon which were very good and their winter salad with salmon which was excellent. Service was great and fast. Definitely a place to check out when your in the area.

Poutine is just cheese fries, no beef or beef based gravy, they use “onion gravy”, all their food is kind of cheap tasting, not worth the price. Like they’re trying to be fine dining, but don’t pull it off at all. It’s just your run of the bar food, nothing special, over priced. The waitress was very good tho.

I ate here a couple of times in 2019, and then again in 2023. On both occasions the food was excellent; the service was both swift and friendly as well. I was astounded at how the experience remained so enjoyable and consistent every time I visited two brothers tavern, but then again, any restaurant that has been in business so long surely knows how to maintain standards of excellence. Would both recommend and dine here again.

Excellent service, beautiful July rainy evening, outdoor covered dining – the mussels were delicious, get the chicken wings, too! The Classic Philly Cheese with the red peppers was excellent, as was the Marsala Sirlion medium rare and the salmon (farmed, not wild(. We’ll be back – Thank you, Two Brothers – classy, casual spot, family friendly – the cucumber gimlet is excellent.

Very much enjoyed the food, drinks and ambiance of the tavern! Also glad I opted to add the salmon to my curry. Husband was impressed with the beer list and southern fried chicken sandwich. We will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable. Delicious food, huge variety of beer & ales. Friendly and good service even when it’s packed with customers. Great place to watch a football game.
