I order from there a lot but the last time I ordered i asked for Italian sausage and they told me they were out but could do old world sausage. I said sure. Pizza came and it was old world pepperoni. My problem is i can’t eat pepperoni. I didn’t complain because my wife likes it and i has ordered a sub. I call in today and the manager Jeff answers i tell him what happened and that i really want to try an old world sausage. I also added a cheese steak sub with just meat and cheese. He repeats my order and i agree. The driver shows up with 2 pizzas. I tell him that’s wrong and I want to cancel my order. He was in my driveway on hold for 10 mins. After joking around with the driver i told him to get going as I’m sure he has more to deliver and i would call. I call tell the store i want a refund and Jeff the manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that i ordered it wrong that he confirmed pizza for the cheese steak. I tell him no he did not and he gets rude and starts arguing with me. Tells me if i have a problem to come to the store and we can “handle” it. After what amounts to a 10 min argument I’m getting a refund by mid next week. The food is good and the drivers have all been polite but I will not deal with a manager being so unprofessional and threatening to “handle” the situation.

I used to order from this Marco’s at least once every two weeks when I lived in their delivery area. I was visiting my parents and we ordered. It was Mothers Day so delivery was estimated at about 1.5 hours. Did I say, it was Mothers Day? So thank you to them for working that day – we opted to pick it up – which meant it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was ready on time and the order was spot on. Thanks Marco’s staff, you’ve always done a great job.

We ordered an extra large pizza a/ toppings, a small pizza w/ one topping on half, twenty wings, and a 2 liter bottle of soda. The food was delivered hot and timely. The food was also very good for franchise style pizza. However, the cost seems very high at $62.00 for this order.

Both locations Spring Hill drive and US 19 are outstanding when it comes to fresh quality food and fantastic customer service, I enjoy dining in at the US 19 location. I enjoy their chicken wings because they’re baked not fried and they’re a good value. Their sandwiches and salads are very good as well. And we can’t forget the pizza, in my humble opinion it’s the best pizza around, the sauce isn’t sweet or too acidy, very good value!

We love Marcos always they use fresh toppings and always a good amount you will see and taste every last bite. We never get disappointed when ordering from here. This isn’t the place to order just a cheese pizza though love a little and try something new they make it delicious gauranteed.

I wanted to like this place. But the delivery was really bad. It took them over an hour and a half to get our pizza. Even though they’re so-called pizza tracker told me that it was on its way for about 60 minutes and we live about 5 minutes away. Furthermore when I called the restaurant about it, they just said that they were understaffed and then there was nothing that they could do. Funny that they didn’t mention the time period being that long when I called to place my order. The pizza was okay at best, nothing to write home about. There is a lot of better options right in the area. I won’t be ordering again.

I really enjoyed the thin crust old world pepperoni pizza on my last order. Unfortunately, not this time, I ordered online. I called immediately, actually within ONE MINUTE of placing the order, to let them know the problem. They asked me to hold on the phone. I did. When I told them what I needed he said it was too late. The pizza was just placed in the oven. The “SUPPOSED MANAGER’ basically told me TOUGH LUCK FOR ME…mumbling something about a discount for next time! When I asked for someone to talk to in authority above him…he said HE WAS THE TOP GUY… END OF THE ROAD FOR ME…WELL MISTER MANAGER, are you happy you just LOST A CUSTOMER TO HUNGRY HOWIES. PEACE OUT ✌MARCO’S! P.S. It’s the website that’s the problem. I could explain it…but the SUPPOSED MANAGER didn’t want to LISTEN! This happened July 12, 2022 at 1:52 p.m. I called at 1:53 p.m. It’s all on my phone!
