I have them a few chances but the food was bad each time. This time we got a kids meal for our son and my and my husband shared a burrito. Unfortunately the food wasn’t fresh and we both agreed this is going to be our last visit here. The food was disgusting!

I wanted to give this place a 2nd chance. Sad to say my experience was not good. The food looked like it had been out for some time. They were out of veggies, when I asked about more veggies I was simply told they would have to make some. The dinning area was not a welcoming eating space. 🙁

The service has definitely improved. Food prep though is garbage. This was the 3rd time I’ve been recently and it was still bad. This time it was undercooked rice, a tiny tiny serving of meat, no forks, and the ice machine was down so I had a room temperature Coke while I crunched my undercooked rice and ate it all with a spoon.

I ordered delivery from this location via Uber Eats today, and it was TERRIBLE. I ordered a salad but they included ZERO lettuce/greens?? And the order was supposed to include a side of dressing and they forgot that too. They sealed the delivery/to-go bag so there’s no way my delivery person could’ve checked and corrected it either. Really bad service and NOT worth the $23 OR the $12 they would normally charge

Burrito bowls sloppily put together, lettuce was frozen and slimy. Staff does not know how to portion ingredients. Have tried to give this location several chances on different dates during time times and cannot get a decent experience

I have to say this was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had yet. The guac was old and had gone brown. They didn’t have 2 of the meats, 1 was almost gone and even the chicken which I ended up getting was very dry and I think may have gave me food poisoning as i got sick the mext morning. My girlfriend said the rice was stale/hard. To top it all off there were ants swarming the soda dispenser, which was also out of several of the flavors. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful and it seemed like everything part of building the burrito was an unreasonable request for them. Definitely not returning to this location.

Food was good, but the person making mine and my fiancés burritos had absolutely zero care in the world, as he made my fiancés burrito poorly and did not follow my instructions in making mine. I get hot sauce on my burrito and I like the heat, but he dumped hot sauce on it when I asked for a little bit. Maybe I’m being picky but it just didn’t seem like he cared for our order at all. He finished it all up and turned around to eat his own chips and queso behind the counter. He then promptly flirted with all the teenage girls that walked in behind us, rather than making orders. Management should speak with the young boy, who worked on June 12 at around 8:30 pm.

Cold meat. Small portions relative to other chipotles in the area. Overall half the employees seem like they don’t want to be there every time I walk in. Experienced this one too many times. Avoid this location if you can.
