The owner has a serious problem here, BAD food and BAD customer service (just look at all the other negative reviews). I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a 5 piece boneless wings. The wings were of bad quality comparable to 7/11, heck 7/11 probably has better wings! One of the chicken sandwiches had the SMALLEST piece of chicken (look at picture), which I took a bite out of and it was HARD. Called the store to let them know. Told me to take the sandwich back for examination that it was indeed hard smh. The manager there, Crystal (with an attitude) offered a refund which I never got in the end. They need new management or just shut down.

Now that our refund has finally cleared our account I can share our story. We made an order for delivery on Aug. 11th, it was a $92 order. We ordered from the Wingstop website directly, it was scheduled to arrive at 6:18 pm, we got a notification that our order was cancelled at 6:12 pm. I called the store and was told our order was taken by a Grubhub driver and we needed to contact Grubhub for a refund. Contacted Grubhub, they told me the store is responsible. Called the store back, they assured me that my refund would process to my account within 2 hours. Fast forward to Monday the 14th, still no refund. Contact the store again, they told me it would take 3 to 10 days for the refund. Ok so I wait. Our account mind you still says nothing about a pending “refund”. So I decide to call the store back again multiple times always asking to speak to a manager. I was told the manager would be in on 18th at 2:30 pm I could call and speak to her then. So I did, no manager!!! So I decided to call another location and ask for help. On my behalf they contacted their district manager. Magically in less than 5 minutes from getting off the phone Crystal the “manager” of the Sheridan location emails me and texts me from her personal number saying my refund was processed and sent me a picture of the confirmation! The refund was never originally processed in the 1st place! She did that minute and what a surprise my bank account says pending! So my question is what happened originally? Every single person I spoke to at this location was incredibly RUDE, ignorant and unprofessional! I was lied to from the minute I requested a refund! I was treated like absolute trash every time I tried to speak with someone! I can’t believe this woman, Crystal has the job of branch manager. After reading other reviews, I am not the only one who has had severe complaints and concerns with this location! Something needs to be done. This is in no way acceptable!

Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because they gave me extra wings. I know they were cleaning everything but more than an hour before closing they can do better than that. I worked wingstop for two years I know that the fries were reheated, and they didn’t toss fries or wings in a bowl just put sauce and seasoning on them and said good enough. I called in 20 minutes early too and she didn’t confirm what I ordered so I didn’t get the other fries I asked for. I had to wait another 10 minutes, and it only takes 3 minutes to cook fries. Come on wingstop. You can be better.

I placed an order at 8:51 at my nearby Wingstop location and I got there around at 9:30, when I entered, they told me it was going to be 20-minute wait on the order. I waited and waited for good 1hr 30 until I just got sick and tired of waiting so I asked for a refund at left the building at 10:30. WASTE OF MY TIME AND NIGHT!!!!

I had a pick up order for 11 AM. I arrived at 10:55. Door was locked. Hours say 10:30 on door. I stood out side. Three employee looked at thru the window. Didn’t acknowledge me. Finally unlocked the door and let me in at 11:10. My order still wasn’t ready.

This place is disgusting. The employees’ clothing is always filthy, and the one skinny guy preparing wings literally had his pants around his ankles. His exposed junk was just inches from the wings. Revolting. Then, on top of this, they’ve gotten more and more slow over time. It takes them 45 mins on average to fry chicken wings in 450° oil and put them in a bowl. 45 minutes! It is not uncommon to wait at the register for 15 minutes or more before being able ordering. This place has really gone downhill in a major way.

Awful!!! We ordered online today 9/22/22 at 5:30pm. Wings are ice cold had to heat them up in the microwave. I had the boneless which turned into rubber in the microwave. The biggest waste of money and the worst wings I’ve ever had!!!!!!
