. I accidentally ordered wrong online and called asking if I could swap the wrong pizza for the right one and was first told it wasn’t a problem and to pay the difference. I was happy and willing willing to pay the difference on the order. The manager, however, was very unwilling and impatient when waiting for me to get my card, she said my children playing in the background were an inconvenience to her , and when I asked why she was being so rude, she said my children “screaming” in the background was a problem when she was “trying” to be patient with me. This woman (the manager)was extremely rude and I was trying my best to be as nice as possible. She was waiting nearly 30 seconds for me to find my card before telling me how much of a problem the sound of my children playing were. After me asking why she was being very rude to me. She told me that because of this inconvenience she will not help me in any matter. I think this establishment should most definitely rethink about the staff. After paying 65$ for two pizzas and a bread I definitely won’t be coming back.

Love everything about this place really nice people 1 thing is don’t be rude to the employees they work very hard day in and day out but everyone is nice and they don’t get the respect they deserve but love it here and really recommend it if you need a quick meal

Placed a delivery order. Waited 2 hrs, called up there to find out they accidentally set it as a pick up order. Offered to try again but still make me pay for it. Manager refused to make it right. No thanks. No more business for me.

They can’t get the orders right, and they are very rude to the customer and blame us. That we said on the phone, they said it right back to us then put the wrong sizes in the computer. Never go back there again. Beware!!!!! Manager is very rude also.

Ordered from there on 5/20, two calzone’s… they were awful. The veggie one was just dried bread, no butter, or cheese, the “make your own” had no sauce just cheese and meat, I can’t imagine they were that busy. Anyways won’t be going back!

Found this in a sub we ordered. Cant say for sure what it was (looks like hair and a bugs leg). Manager was very disrespectful about it and no refund was given because “most of the sub was gone”. GM was no help either besides informing me the manager is new . Lost my business
