Brittany was just terrible. I came in on a Sunday night about 9:30pm. I get it everyone is tired but she legit did not say one word to me while I was ordering. Her attitude was horrendous and energy was so off putting. If you don’t want people coming in to your store at 9:30 pm then you need to change your business hours to 9:30 or 9pm. Brittany didn’t even put my food in a bag. I will be back to this store late to see if management worked on the employees mindset. This comes down to management setting the right expectations with the employees. Very disappointed of the locally founded chain Chipotle, at the moment. This is just a few miles from the original first location so standards should be high. Get it together Brittany.

I just got an order to go at this location and am really disappointed in the service. The girl taking the order and the next guy never even spoke, smiled or anything. They were running out of rice, sour cream and guacamole but they just skimped on our order instead of turning around and getting more. You really need to train your staff better as their customer service skills are horrible. I am in the retail business and I know how important it is to our business to be extremely pleasant to customers. Your other locations that I have visited are not like that.

We came at 12:30 or so on the Monday after Easter and it was slammed. Give the cashier a freaking raise! He was personable and he got pulled in several different directions and he was so kind even when literally everyone asked for sides and questions. He never once showed he was upset or anything and THAT is hard to do. Im a retail manager and that kid definitely need a raise, a free meal and a high five because he was so good!

Asked rude lady at cashier for my receipt. Was handed a crumbled up paper. When I looked at it, it was not mine. I asked again for my receipt – she waived her hand at me and walked away. Never going back. Rude people suck.

I used to work at Chipotle for 3 years back when it was good. 2nd time here and food looked old, steak was super dry and veggies had more onions than peppers. Staff can’t hear anything your saying and will add things you don’t even want to your bowl. I ordered a veggie bowl, and they always skimp on the guac. Line was dirty tables were dirty. I dont plan on coming here again.

This location needs re-training and maybe a larger staff. I waited behind a woman who asked for the manager because nobody in line had been helped for about 10 minutes. The manager came out and offered no type of explanation or apology but instead told her to be patient and (this is the best part) if she didn’t want to be patient there’s definitely another chipotle a few blocks away Yikes. All I’m saying is- ownership: BIG RED FLAGS going on here. The only time since chipotle’s inception that I’ve been surprised and kind of let down enough with the service and lack of decorum to leave a review. Rough. Like…0 out of 10.

The prep employee made us a burrito the approximate size and thickness of a cellphone. See picture. My wife asked if she could add a bit more food, and the employee told her “I’ve been a manager for five years. I know what I’m doing.” Unbelievable.
