I went in and ordered my sandwich it was ok nothing great. Then I had to use the bathroom and saw an earwig crawling on the ground. One glance in the bathroom was all it took for me to realize that this place is disgusting. Who knows what the back of house looks like. If I had gone into the bathroom before ordering I would have walked out. I need to throw up now.

I ordered on the app, took 15 minutes to get there and my food wasn’t ready. Was told to give them 5-10 minutes. Then I saw this sign and chuckled. Food was good though. I just found it funny that their whole shtick is how fast they are, then they make me wait.

This location understands the importance of customer service! I’ve never had a problem before, but today my sandwich was wrong. It came standard (french bread, mayo, tomato and lettuce) when I had customized it to be on sliced wheat, no mayo or tomato and add cucumber, onion & pickle. When I checked the order in the app, I discovered it hadn’t saved any of my customization. Normally I would just eat what I received, but I cannot eat mayo.When I called, they were very helpful and understanding. They sent a new sandwich right away and were very apologetic, even though it wasn’t really their fault. Both drivers were quick and friendly. A+ customer service! I will make sure to double check my order before checking out from now on.

There is no reason it should take almost an hour to make a miniature sandwich. This location is SEVERELY unferstaffed for counter service, and there should be more than one employee handling dine in, to go and delivery orders. That is unprofessional and unfair to the employee as well as to customers. Do better by your people

Super annoyed! Finally stepped out of the house and stopped in to pick up my sandwich I ordered online. Got home and there wasnt any peppers on my sandwich. Knowing they don’t cost anything I called to let them know and asked what happened. The girl was like well I cant offer you another sandwich but you can come back here and pick up a side of peppers… Wait really? I can drive back to your store for peppers. No apology or compassion. Won’t be using this location again. Poor customer service. Regretting giving a tip.
