Great pub atmosphere and service, lackluster food. I ordered the bacon and blue cheese burger and the burger meat was blackened and dry (I asked for it to be cooked medium). The blue cheese and bacon toppings were skimpy – not even a full piece of bacon, and a standard slice of cheddar would’ve been more cheese than what I received. I ordered the ‘homemade’ kettle chips and they were not warm or fresh (I’m 80% sure they are just Lays). I expected more for the $15 price point and other reviews.

Burgers were fantastic, flavorful, thankfully w/o a giant bun. Chips were awesome. Mac’n cheese was flavorful and yummy. Our server, Emma, was wonderful, attentive, friendly and helpful. A great Mother’s Day meal! Thank you

Ordered a chicken wrap with no bacon or tomatoes. Order came out with bacon. I know people make mistakes but when I told the waitress she went back and forth with me about I didn’t say no bacon. I don’t eat pork at all. I have a habit of saying no bacon. She took the food and huffed and puffed when she walked away. To only come back not even a min later with the same food and the kitchen picked the bacon off. When I took a bite it tasted like pork. I called the waitress over again to ask did they just scrap the bacon off because I taste pork. And that’s dangerous because you don’t know if I’m allergic to pork. She said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you was allergic. If I said no bacon that means absolutely no bacon. I should not have to say I’m allergic to get a meal I’m paying for done correctly. In that case I could have picked the bacon off myself. My friend asked for a well done burger and it came out pink. I will never go back to this place again even though the manager took care of the problem. We ended up leaving and going to water street brewery where we had no problems.

Decent food, nice staff. Only real negative was about the table. My friend went in while I got a parking spot. We just got dumped with a lot of snow so most places around were not busy or they were closed. I met my friend at our table… in the dark corner… by the bathrooms and kitchen…

Order wings at 6pm, pickup time was 7:45. Had to still wait 10 minutes for the order. Get home and wings are all under cooked. Live nearby so returned. Talked to the manager and was told they were busy and he could cook a new order. Asked how the kitchen could send food like that out, and again response was they were busy tonight. Complete joke of a response, food safety people. Beware visiting this place, especially if they are busy.
