I tried giving papa johns a second chance but yet again I was disappointed. For 1 they got here late and the driver seemed to be in a rush. She didnt even give me a chance to tip her. My order looked like someone threw in a few pieces of jalapenos and forgot the pepperoni. Then my Hawaiian pizza was mostly a few pieces of pinapple and nothing else. Mistakenly ordered carry out instead of delivery, and used my debit card to do so. Once I realized I made this mistake, I tried calling Papa John’s only to find out that none one of their phones works within the area. Not in Redlands not in San Bernardino not in North San Bernardino not Moreno Valley, not any one of their phones is working so they can answer and realize this mistake. So apparently I have to figure out a way to get down there tomorrow and let them know that I didn’t even pick up my pizza and that I shouldn’t be charged. It’s really sucks

Ordered for 1pm delivery. I got notice it’s on its way at 12:50 then by 1 15 pm I still hadn’t gotten my pizza. No they did not call to say they were running late. I called they said it’s on its way. 128 pm no pizza called again said she should be there any minute. Finally got pizza at 130 pm. They should have called me … horrible customer service.

Ordered ahead online for 3:30pm on 2/11/21. I arrived at 3:25pm and paid cash $33.?? I don’t remember the change amount bc I didn’t receive a receipt. Got home and the pizza was ice cold and visually looked and tasted old. I called the store immediately spoke with the manager. After several minutes of him round and round calling me a liar. He insisted that the pizza arrived on time and I had to repeatedly remind him that I picked it up! (On time) As a final effort I asked him plain out what we could do to fix this and the gentleman insisted that he couldn’t remake or refund my order. Feeling at a loss I just hung up. 🙁

Worst pizza place around! And that’s saying a lot coming from me. Not once but three times they got our order wrong. Only reason we ordered the other two was nectar they were free, hoping the problem was just inexperienced staff. But no, all three times it was horrible. First time staff was rude and argumentative when said order was wrong. Second time staff was nice but didn’t recognize order was wrong. Third time we just ordered two toppings to make it simple and it still tasted like cardboard and hardly any cheese. We will not be ordering from here again. Try Original American, their pizza is the best!

Placed in order online with them yesterday. A hour later still nothing. Checked the pizza tracker said my food was delivered. Never received anything. Called to be placed on hold for almost 10 minutes, hung up called right back man answers ready to help like I wasn’t just on hold a couple seconds ago. I told him the situation that online it says my food was delivered yet I haven’t received anything. He immediately transfers my call to whom I assume.is the manager? Anyways, she has the nerve to tell me that I called TWICE to cancel my order! Why in the heck would I call to find my order if I supposedly canceled it?! Somewhere they messed up and tried blaming there mess up on me! Not all Papa John’s stores suck. Just this location. Save your time and money and goes to Redlands.

I placed my order online for customer pick up. First thing I noticed was the entire counter including the cash register was covered in flour, I made a remark about it and the employee kindly explained that they dust during their final clean up of the night so that the first shift of the following day has a fresh clean start. Half way home my daughter asked about the drink, I had to go back to Papa John’s Pizza because my order came with a 2 liter, they forgot to give it to me.
