Finally, a review that should have been posted months ago has finally arrived! This place is very, very tiny inside; one has to wait quite a long time just to be greeted, offered service, and even longer to pickup an order placed far in advance. The owner/operator serves as hostess, waitress, bartender, and more. Obviously, she must be making money, but she is too cheap to hire extra help to provide faster and better service. I was there one early evening, standing by the bar just waiting to be greeted or recognized, but that never happened. But what bothered me more is the unethical and unsanitary practices she had practiced that day. I had witnessed her making an alcoholic drink, but she dropped the cap that goes on the bottle on the dirty floor, left it there until she had finished making the drink, and then she went over, picked up the cap, not washing off the cap, and then, she had placed the dirty cap back on the bottle of alcohol. Soooo very nasty! I wished I had been a restaurant inspector at that moment. . . I would have shut her business down. People who drink alcohol in restaurants/bars deserve cleanliness too! ! !

Most definitely the best pizza in the A! Glad they opened up a second location. Very chill environment with drinks as well. Good flavor, not too crispy, and filled my pizza up with lots of toppings. Extremely satisfied!

By far the nastiest pizza i’ve ever eaten. I ordered through ubereats. They care nothing about how they send your food out. My food wasn’t bagged or anything. Most restaurants try to ensure it is secure and packaged well.

Wanted to get 2 slices, nice lady at counter said it will take 15 minutes, which seemed long considering it was completely empty. Anyway I figured it would be worth the wait…I was WRONG. It took about 38 minutes, burnt, and the cheese looked and tasted horrible. At that point I was hungry and didn’t have time to wait another 40 minutes. I cannot understand why anyone would waste their money and most of all their time coming here…guess I see why it was empty.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I came to Edgewood Pizza West End, dine in, eat, have a few drinks! I walked into trash on the floor and every single table, including the bar was filthy !!!!The food that was served wasn’t fresh, the employees was UNPROFESSIONAL! The server I had, was arguing with a guy, the guy was very inappropriate, NEVER once was asked to leave. Reese (employee) made my sister & I drinks; ONE OF THE WORST DECISIONS IVE EVER MADE! There was a bug in my drink. Not one, but three . When I called her over to see the drink, she said that gnats was everywhere and if she made me another one, I would probably have another one in my drink. I asked for a refund, not one time was I rude and disrespectful. She told me that she was allowed to give a refund because there was no manager in town and could I call back I’ve called for three weeks straight didn’t get an answer back, when I finally got an answer back, it was from someone named Iesha. Iesha acted as if she was mad about me calling in regards to my refund she told me to send the pictures of the bugs that was in my drinks or email, I did. She told me she issued a refund it’s been over a month and I still have not received a refund. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had also, the place is not clean at all.

Food is great but it takes way too long for my food to be ready. Literally order off Uber eats and it wasn’t ready when I got there. I had to wait an additional 30-40 min for my food to be ready. Like almost an hour and a half to make a medium pizza is crazy

When they first opened I came in and had a drink and a slice. It was decent enough to return, but not mind blowing. Then on another day, I ordered wings and sat for nearly an hour before being told that they didn’t have wings available. I had already paid for the order and was refunded. I understood; they had just opened up. I was told to come back for free wings. When I showed up for them I was told to come back in two hours, I didn’t. Fast forward to today 2/11/22, and my lady suggested we get pizza. She asked about this place and I was like sure. She ordered a double crust stuffed pizza… You see the pic, right?
