The second time they got my order wrong. The first time they didn’t add Chipotle. Mayonnaise to my Chipotle Sandwich. And now today I ordered a steak and chicken sub. But they made them both steak and then when I called. Some ignorant person keeps hanging up on me. I haven’t even made a complaint. All I said was my order was wrong and they hung up.

I like Jersey Mikes food but when I went today several of the employees were handling money and touching the register screen without removing their gloves that they were also preparing food with. The cook on the grill that prepared my sandwich removed his gloves and replaced with clean gloves but at least two other employees did not when they were waiting on customers.

The Jersey Mike’s on Boone Trail is horrible. The staff was rude. They acted like I was an inconvenience because I wanted a sub. The lady went from making the sandwich to the register and back to the next sandwich without taking off her gloves. The cook on the grill was rude as well. So I come in here for the first time and order a ham and provolone. The sub maker is asking me what I want on it. Which was just Mayo, light lettuce and I said a little bit of ranch. He goes and grabs a packet of ranch, and pours it on my sub. The manager (I guess) tells the employee he can’t do that, that’s it’s extra $ for ranch but it’s ok this time. As I get to register, lady tells me she charging me for ranch. I said the other lady said it was ok this time. She apparently meant it was ok For the employee to put packet of ranch on my sub. Normally they make customer do it. Now this is a sub place and your charging extra for a condiment? I didn’t feel like arguing with them but how are you going to put the ranch on my sub and then tell me it’s an up charge? I would of said no. Also asked for my sub toasted, says we don’t have a toaster but we can put it on the grill for a lil bit. Ok cool I said. Wasn’t toasted even a lil bit. The one in Sanford doesn’t charge you for a condiment. They also can toast ur sub perfectly on the grill. My first time coming here, and it will be my last. They deserve 0 stars

Got 2 subs. First one was good just wrapped very poorly. Second one was supposed to be wheat bread but they gave me white & there was barely any mayo & honey mustard. Also I paid for extra cheese & there wasn’t extra cheese.

I always eat at this location and has always had a customer friendly staff until today. I entered the restaurant as usual and once asked for my order I began to proceed and the worker was very rude. Ignoring my questions and stating her own and giving looks as though im stupid for asking if tamatos come on the sandwich. Her attitude was angry due to the previous customer which was a 911 paramedic and needing 40 subs by 11 if possible and she stated she wasn’t able to call in due to being dispatched on a 911 call at the time . The jersey Mike employee became rude to her saying ” I told you to call in and it aint gone be no 11 oclock itll be after” which led to her being rude to me and the customer after me. I can stand on my 2 feet and hold my ground but to treat our emergency medical staff like that is unacceptable. To treat any customer in general like that is unacceptable at 11am or anytime.

I frequent this location often however the last few times my subs have been very sloppy and not put together well at all. I also ordered curbside and waited at least 20 min each time for the order to come out in which I ended up having to go inside to receive. So what’s the point in having the curbside option if I can’t receive my orders curbside?
