Let me just say this was by far the worst experience I’ve had here and it seems to continue to decline! I pulled up to speaker to order, the lady on headset was not pleasant or welcoming, but rude and acted as if I were a nuisance for even being there when I politely ordered a #1 a #9 and a 5 dollar biggie bag. When I said thank you after placing my order I got an mmhmm. Absolutely no professionalism! I’m honestly pretty pissed because after she handed me only 2 out of the 3 drinks I ordered she shut the window and turned her back to me while she proceeded to talk to 3 other crew members about covid and not going into work. When she started to hand me my order she did so in an unfriendly manner and I asked about my other drink and yet that seemed to be a damn problem as well. Okay cool having a bad day I get it but here’s the 3rd strike (which I should have checked before leaving, but was already feeling rushed and unwelcome) I get home and the only thing correct was the 5 dollar biggie bag. I spent $27 dollars and for what I recieved did not even amount to that price. I’m also in the resteraunt business and being a GM I totally get it and honestly I hate even doing this due to the added stress that may come upon the GM for a bad review, but had these employees answered the phone when I called to try to get it corrected no one answered (probably because they were too busy getting paid to talk about covid instead of focusing on accuracy and customer service) I also want to add that I was not given a receipt (suprise suprise) because I tried calling in a formal complaint against the store and need the actual store #, but no worries Monday comes fast when they open. I honestly hope this review is taken seriously and some training in customer service development is pursued with all of their employees because it was uncalled for. I get it had I been a rude customer, but I even told the lady that I hope her night got better.

Do not go to this location unless you want teenagers with their headphones in gossiping at the window about each other with foul language . Not to mention the way the girl answers over the speaker… and the fact they got my order wrong and didn’t listen to the specifics I wanted and it was only for my 3 year old that had a special order and they gave us large drinks like we ordered (large combo)but then gave us small fries and a wrong drink along with my sons wasn’t fixed correctly … this isn’t the first time I have delt with this location and thought it was just a bad day for them but every experience for the past month has been the same but this WILL BE THE LAST TIME .just don’t waste your frustration or your money because you won’t get the stuff you ask for and then you try to call and no one will answer either … update: they answered and the lady was rude and at this point I’m afraid for them to re make my food … my partner is going back down to have them fix and replace my order because we eat as a family so I’ll post an update on what they say ……

I ordered a wrap which is what I always order. I usually eat at other wendys location and they never get it wrong. A very simple substitution but Wendy’s on merchants has three strikes. I don’t know if they’re not listening or if the cook is at fault. All I know is the chicken wrap there is dry and nothing like other Wendy’s.

Was one of the dirtiest Wendy’s we have ever been in. Both bathrooms had toilet paper and trash on the floor and sinks. Dining room has no napkins and condiments all over the counter that were opened. No ketchup in holder but was all over counter. Service was not good. People walking around like they didn’t know what they were doing. Trash cans were so full there was no place to put trash. Very disappointed.

Decided on Wendy’s cuz our fav restaurant was closed, bad mistake. We ordered only 2 meals some Nuggets and a frosty, my meal specifically being the Asiago GRILLED CHICKEN sandwich, same thing I order every time, I never get crispy cuz I think it’s gross. Either whoever took r order couldn’t be bothered to listen, or someone wasn’t checking the food going out the drivethru. Which I suspect it was the lady at the last window because she had an awful attitude when my fiancé asked for a drink carrier for our THREE drinks and she had the nerve to roll her eyes before doing so! Got home and unwrapped my sandwich to find no Asiago or ranch sauce and definitely not GRILLED chicken, turns out it’s just a crispy chicken sandwich drenched in MAYO! If I wanted MAYO on my sandwich I would have ordered it that way/: dinner was ruined thank you

I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon and a chili cheese fry. Well they gave me a cheese bacon fry and a fry with just chili I was excited for that potato too:(.Chili was so dry it wouldn’t even stick to the frys they always get my order wrong. It’s like they don’t even try at this point something needs to be done that’s for sure!

I think the photos speak for themselves, on top of which the staff will act like it’s your fault your burger looks like a dumpster fire. Don’t let the dumpster fire comment fool you, though, because your food will probably be served to you nice and cold like my burger was. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service and poorly made food at this location but it will be the last. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

So the food was pretty good, which was good. Problem is that half my order was wrong. I got 2 sandwiches 2 fries and a kids meal, and neither of my sandwiches were what I actually ordered. I used the mobile app to order and didn’t realize until I made it back home that they were wrong.
