The service quality, speed, and friendliness has been dropping steadily the past few months at this location. The person manning the drive through last visit was, in the nicest terms, just awful. I’m sorry, I won’t go into detail. I’ll be avoiding this location if I have some where to be, if I care about being charged the correct amount, or if I’m looking forward to eating what I ordered.

This location is the exact opposite of freaky fast! We placed an online order at 11:26 am on a Saturday and it took over 40 minutes before our two sandwiches were done. I will not go here again and strongly encourage you to go somewhere else that values your time when placing an online order before the lunch rush.

Check your receipt. It took me a while to notice but the workers apparently do not know how to ring things up. I have been overcharged for my past 8 order. It’s only about $1.50 each time but it adds up. If you get food from here order online instead of trusting the workers.

Terrible experience all around, I noticed Isaiah took my tip and put it in his pocket. I think it’s fair for all employees to split tips, not the cashier taking them all. Very messed up. Will be calling corporate.

If you are the manager reading this ..please tell your employees to stop wearing bracelets…I really dont like their bracelets touching my sub by mistake … hygiene issues there.. probably be a good idea to stop in their more to see whats going in with the employees… other than that i will continue to come because the subs are great

Sandwich was fine just because it’s JJ meat/bread, but service was pretty poor. Rude, dismissive, and uninviting staff. Place needs a revamp/retraining of the staff.

I ordered a few weeks ago, and asked them if they would consider knocking on my door and hand me my food, they never came after paying with my credit card. I called several times asking about my order. Everyone that answered was rude and upset because I still wanted my food that I paid for. A few hours passed and they finally delivered my order and sat it in the floor. When I got my food it was the same subs that was made hours ago. Now today, I’m hungry and tried them again, this time I payed with cash so they would have to knock on my door. It’s been over an hour and I still haven’t gotten my food. Jimmy John’s used to be the best at their service, they Fallon off bad.. somebody please get us back the freaky fast service they use to have and better employees… The wake forest road location have absolutely no customer service
