From the moment you enter the place, they greet you with a hearty hello. The sandwich was amazing hot and melted cheese. The quality for the price is great and you can’t go wrong with a free pickle. Maybe I’m biased but I love Pickles so that’s a cherry on top for me. Will definitely be back for more subs.

We go here all the time. The food is usually great, but this time not so much. We tried the new meatball w/pepperoni sub. It was supposed to come with extra provolone and garlic butter bread. Well I guess they decided we didn’t need those on our sub. Also I made sure to tell the cashier to be sure to include the pickle spears in the subs. 4 of them had one, but mine was forgotten.

I ordered a sandwich with specific ingredients left off and when I got where I was going and tried to eat it I discovered they made it the way it was on the menu. Couldn’t take the mustard off the soggy bread or add the extra lettuce. Won’t be going back to this location.

Good food and clean atmosphere. The steak and cheese I sometimes get has bread that is pretty soggy after you get it home. This does not happen all the time though. It’s hit or miss. But overall, I love their subs.

Very disappointed with my first-time experience at this location. My sub was made incorrectly. I called immediately and was told the next time I come in, they would do a remake. When I went to have the remake done, I was told it was past the 2-week mark and they would not fill the order (I NEVER heard of such a thing, especially considering I still had my receipt and employee’s name). Anyway, I called corporate and was assured someone from the store would call. Since that time, TWO MORE WEEKS HAVE PASSED!!! I have yet to receive a call. Oh well. I’m hopeful others have a more pleasant experience. They have lost a few customers behind this so-called 2-week policy of theirs.

I ordered a n Italian sub. Fully involved. You would think that was quite simple but no. No lettuce. No tomato just ham, salami and bread. No cheese. I couldn’t believe it. Then when I got there other people’s food was messed up too. Hope they figure it out there and stop playing so much in the back.

I always order via the app, but every time I order on the app my order is NEVER correct. My husband’s order is a turkey and cheese sub plain and cold, no pickle on the side, and some how they always seem to mess up the order, not only is his incorrect mine also, which is just turkey ham and cheese with lettuce and mayo. Simple. The last time I was fed up so I called and supposedly spoke with the manager on duty, he stated that he would write my name down so next time the sub would be free, not both but the turkey sandwhich, which I was fine with. The next time I went in the lady stated my name wasn’t in the book. So now I have 2 issues my order was not only incorrect but apparently the manager lied as well. Atp I would rather travel further for a different location, or just choose another sub shop all together. Oh yeah not to mention I left feedback via the app and my concern was never addressed.
