First, the portions are not Chipotle standards. According to serving sizes found on the website, Chipotle serving size of chicken is 4 oz. I removed the chicken from my bowl (see pictures) and weighed it. As you can tell, I received 2.85 oz of chicken. To receive even close to the serving size, I would have to ask for double chicken and be CHARGED even though 4 oz is the serving size. I asked for a little rice, less than they normally put. That serving size is 4oz, but even asking for a little rice on purpose, I was given 4.85 oz of rice. Meaning they normal put double the serving size of rice and less of a serving size of chicken. They are selfish with the servings as if it comes from their personal checks, and this is EVERY time I go. The service is bad, they always have an attitude when the only put a few cubes of meat or something and you ask for a little more. Never again will I go to this chipotle.

Chipotle as a whole has gone downhill over the years in quality but this location specifically is horrible in service too. No matter when I put in a pick up order, they are always at least 15 minutes late. If I would just show up and order in line it would be immediately ready, yet even giving them 30 minutes notice for pickup they still can’t get it on time? Are you kidding?

Never ordering here again. This is the SECOND time I have spent over $20 to get my food delivered to my house and I am allergic to rice so i SPECIFICALLY ask for NO rice. They have put white rice in my burrito AGAIN. When I tried to fix the issue with Pepper she was “unable to help” and closed the chat MULTIPLE times. To make matters worse you can’t call the store and speak with a team member. It won’t allow you to. So I had to contact the online support and filled out an online complaint only to have it IGNORED. Never ordering from here again. And I will be making a trip down to the store tomorrow and demand a refund for this BS.

Second time in a row we have placed a pickup order that was missing toppings and the amount of protein was minimal. $12 for this??? For compensation, we were offered a free drink with our next purchase… what a joke. This location continues to disappoint – avoid if at all possible.

Stopped here for lunch one afternoon on a Saturday…. waited in line for about 10 minutes just for them to say that they didn’t have any white rice…. the lady taking my order said white rice would be another 10 minutes and I was willing to wait. When I went to pay for my meals the lady at the register said the white rice wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. It was a busy day and the line was long so I don’t see why they wouldn’t have rice lined up … but anyway…. just a bit of a disappointment really. The tables weren’t clean…. had to kind of do everything yourself.

Visited this location and ordered a chicken bowl with a side of guacamole. I was served burnt chicken, that had a crispy black coating on the side throughout the entire bowl. I contacted the store spoke with an associate that promised to replace my bowl. I took down her name as well as the managers name and told her I would come in the following day. The associate informed me that it was fine and that there won’t be an issue. I arrived the next day and informed the Mgr on duty I was there for a replacement and provided her with what transpired with my order the day before, as well as provided her with the associates name and Mgr name who approved. The Mgr on duty got loud rude with lots of head rolling and adrenaline pumping, telling me she’s. Not replacing my order nor giving me a refund because I should have came back that same day. The entire resurant, all customers zoomed in and began to observe her behavior towards me. I was extremely embarrassed and felt belittled. The Mgr refused to provide her name so I could report her. Nor was she wearing a name tag. I then asked to speak with with the manager on duty that was above her which was a man named Alex he came out he talked to me he basically backed the previous manager. Up that was rude to me and told me he was not going to do anything for me and that if I want to get a refund I need to. Call corporate. He also refused to give me the manager’s name that was rude to me handed me. Corporate’s number and told me have a good day. I will never visit this location ever again as much as I like Chipotle. I felt very embarrassed a little and did not feel valued as a customer As well as baffled from the customer service that I have received. Not to mention. I asked if the Mgr if she could call the previous manager that I spoke with that approved the meal replacement. Her reply was this is her day off. I’m not calling her ma’am. I was like wow basically baffled over the type of customer service. I received it, and I will never return

The employees at this location absolutely SUCK at wrapping a burrito. The first one ripped one and I had her do that over again and the second employee didn’t wrap the burritos in foil all the way. This is very poor training that is the fault of the manager that was supposed to teach their employees how to wrap a burrito properly

Horrible!! Horrible !!! Experience at this particular location. This is my third visit to this store and I will not come back again and rather drive 6 miles to another location to order food. Employees are super slow, lacks customer interaction skills. Food tasted bad. Rice was over cooked, grilled vegetables were raw, meat was not cooked well on my burrito bowl. Did not provide us receipt as they were out of paper roll yesterday evening. Employees do not greet or apologize for inconvenience.I wonder how this location is still in business??? Managers seriously need to do something about the service.
