I stop into this Tim Hortons location often and they are usually very fast and I have no issues. I always order the same drink and today I seemed to have more milk and not even filled all the way but I just thought maybe it needs to be stirred well I started stirring and it didn’t change. I paid over $4 for a cup of milk so when I called the store to complain because I know how this should taste i couldn’t get threw and called 5 times just to be told to bring it in for a refund.. well that’s impossible when most customers are on their way to work and can’t just turn around and then be late so when I stated I can’t do that I was given and attitude by the women who answered the phone named Cierra. She was extremely rude and acted as though I was the problem when her or her coworkers are the ones who didn’t make the drink correctly. Highly disappointed in the service provided today!

I didn’t even know this Tim Hortons was open till like 2 weeks ago. I have been going there several times a week since i realized. I just want to say the staff there right now is AMAZING. My donuts are fresh and perfect. Drinks are always right. I literally saw them make my almond milk drink with regular and realize and make a new one. Usually, at places, they give it to me, and i realize and have to ask to have it re made. The drive-through goes fast. The best part is that the drive-through workers are so very nice and pleasant to see. Give these workers the highest praises because good service in the fast food industry is hard to find these days. I want you all to know what a great job you are doing. Im a bartender, and most mornings, i am stopping on the way to my shift. It’s rough when you have your day ruined before you even get to work, so i just want to thank all of the employees here for spreading joy early in the morning.

Food is good, service is ok. I have a problem with if you order a sandwich and a donut they just dump the donut in the bag with no wrapper or inn a separate bag. That is so unsanitary. When I asked about it the lady at the window looked at me like I was an alien. She never got the manager when I asked she walked away from the window until I decided to just pull off and never go back there again.

After having a missing item with a delivery I called and asked to speak with a manager. The earpiece was laid aside and no one came to the phone. The phone was then hung up. I subsequently called back two times and was hung up each time. Absolutely no concern shown to the customer! I will call back at a later time, but I am not expecting much.

I ordered a large sweet tea Lucky I stopped and put my straw in and tasted it it was just black tea in a large cup and I paid $2 .90. I drove back around and explained to the young lady you gave me the wrong tea I ordered a large sweet tea. I was told to pull around. I handed her the tea back. She lifted the lid off and stated here’s some sugar you can put it in . I didn’t come to add sugar and make tea I came to buy tea for $3 I felt very offended I asked for a refund of my money it took her 10 minutes to give me my money back. The only reason she did it because traffic was backed up and I refused to move. I will not be going back to this Tim Hortons ever again

Told me to and a ram to pull up for my order. The driver behind us couldn’t leave due to another driver waiting to pay at the window. Took 10 minutes to get my order. They got the rams order wrong causing the backup to feel that much worse. My snack wraps arrived cold to the touch as if they were left in the fridge.

I’m honestly curious if its normal top be served potato chips in doughnut bags. my experience is not good really but I’m not a fan of Tim hortons at all. I just tried again top rediscover i will not return got but I’m really wondering if they’re really selling chips this way. It’s just abnormal and i don’t see vendors doing it. Ill take a picture.
