Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. The sandwich itself was very thin and ther buns seemed as if it was smashed flat. Was not satisfied with paying $5 for a flat sandwich with like two slices of Arby’s roast beef. It was more bread than meat. Arby’s is my favorite restaurant and i was So disappointed with my order. The drive-thru cashier was very kind and polite.

Was told to wait at the speaker. Then they never took our order. Took other cars, but not ours. Asked if they could take our order. Was told to hold more, rudely, with attitude. Meanwhile everyone else was being helped. I don’t think waiting 10 minutes for a drive thru order, just to be taken is the way to a good business. We ended up leaving when the person in the speaker was rude to us and took our business elsewhere. Remember, the person at the speaker, is usually the first person a customer will interact with when going through a drive through. They should always be respectful and not rude. Unfortunately that was not the case Today.

Had an Arby’s Rewards deal that I wanted to use. The young girl behind the counter whispered something and I asked her to say again cause I couldn’t hear her. She barely spoke loud enough that then I heard her say “We don’t take online orders”. Well I asked her if her manager could honor the deal and again she mumbled something. I asked her again and she said no. I then asked her if she could at least ask her manager and she just mumbled, no! I’ll choose to spend my money elsewhere!

Heed the warnings in the other reviews, I wish I had. When I pulled this Arby’s up on Google and saw the reviews I was hesitant to order. However, my wife and I had ordered from this Arby’s once before and the order was correct so I figured we’d give it another try. Well, unfortunately this will be the last order from this Arby’s. Like others, my wife had to wait for the food for 15 mins when she was the only one there, instead of receiving my kings hawaiian sweet heat beef and brisket sandwich I got a fish sandwich in which the fish was cold and hard as a rock (my cats and dogs enjoyed it lol). My wife’s chicken wrap had 1 little piece of chicken in the whole wrap. The other food we received was fine but between my own ( this) experience and the countless other bad reviews I don’t think I’ll be taking anymore chances with this particular Arby’s.

Drive through person that was working shift we ordered needed customer service training. You couldn’t understand her, no “Hello or Welcome” poor enunciation of words, and No THANK YOU–she just handed me my food and slammed window shut. We were the only car there besides one parked in parking spot. It is sad, that even basic manners have gone from a lot of service industry. We won’t be back.

Customer service is absolutely disgraceful and rude!!! They tell you to “wait a minute” before you order and then never come back to help you. When asked if they’re ready to take your order yet they completely ignore you.

The lady at the drive-thru had no customer service skills. She was rude. We were the only car in the parking lot she had us pull up and wait 15 minutes for food, but while waiting, 2 cars drove thru the drive thru and got their food quickly. My daughters kid meal came with 4 little curly fries.

They were extremely short staffed. Which isn’t the employees fault but the owner’s. The staff did fail at providing me with a Large Curly fry I purchased and instead gave me a regular. The $1.70 upcharge was extremely high for me to not receive the item.
