Luckily my dish was decent but I wouldn’t go out of my way to dine here – but is ok if you’re staying here and just need something to eat. The place was empty and the service was incredibly slow. They got a little too fancy with the ingredients but they didn’t mix that well together. The place is beautiful and the chairs were comfortable so they have potential but the main dishes need some work. Some good news is the bread with garlic was delicious – but needed to be warm. You could tell it was warm but then was left out and was semi warm/cold. I was going to give 2 stars but 3 because according to my friends my dish was the best one so I think this places has potential! If they lowered the prices it would make a little more sense. I’ll give it another shot in a year to see if it gets better! I think I was bummed because I expected top notch from a famous hotel. The restaurant that was there 2017 was my favorite and I miss those dishes.

Exceptional customer service. One of the best French toast I had. Luckily for me, I had two days to try as much breakfast meal. I highly recommend it and it exceeded my expectations. The price is high but you are paying for great quality. After your breakfast you can take a stroll at the water front. I think this is a great selection and you will not be disappointed.

Had afternoon tea at the restaurant. It is a prix fix pre-paid experience which was different. The tea and food was very good. Some creativity in offerings. The only improvement I could suggest was timing. We sat so long between out glass of bubbly and the food delivery, I felt a bit tipsy and quite ravenous by the time our tea tray was delivered to the table. Typical American tea in that there was no offering of seconds on the savories or any other course. It was a lovely experience with a girlfriend.

Veryyyyy slow service. Took forever to come back each time. We got appetizers long before we got our drinks. They crammed everyone into one corner of restaurant despite ample space, and we were basically seated in the bar area despite making a reservation. Seemed understaffed. For the prices you pay here, it should be a much better experience.
