Wouldn’t give me my mobile order saying they didn’t have it, thinking it may have been an error on my end I placed another order only for them to find my order right after. Then told me I could cancel by calling customer service, which I don’t have time for. Employees were rude and had an attitude, didn’t acknowledge customers or give them their orders in a timely manner and let the orders sit on the counter instead of handing them out.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. First time I went my donut was stale and the customer service was bad. Gave them another chance I went inside no one spoke, they made me feel like I didn’t belong the second time and my croissant was burned. I waited about a month I gave them one last chance. The woman shouted at me in the drive thru after I asked if I can have a minute before placing my order. I was the only customer in the drive through I didn’t even place an order I told her never mind no thank you. I’m big on customer service and this place isn’t it.

My daughter goes to this Dunkin ‘s e everyday and spends $8.00-$10.00 everyday and the morning crew is absolutely amazing. She hardly ever has any issues and one day they messed up her breakfast taco and with no hesitation did they replace it the next day. On 7/26 she went as she always does and ordered and iced tea and it was undrinkable. She went back after work and asked for a replacement. She was told it’s not my issue you should have brought it back sooner. She explained she couldn’t get it back any sooner and was told and not my problem. So we went to the drive thru window ( store was closed) she again spoke to us so rudely telling us that she can’t do anything. I asked for the manager and she said I’m then only one here. So I asked her for her name, the stores number , and the managers name and she told me no if I want it to google it. I mean this shouldn’t be an issue as my daughter did work for Dunkin’samd yeh h would just replace a messed up or bad drink. But to be told that she can’t help us, not their issue, and google it was insane. So I asked to buy a donut to get a receipt with the info I wanted and she angina refused to do it. We ended up just leaving bit wing go back there again. So disappointing to be spoke like that after the money my spent in that Dunkins.

Food isnt great. Donuts are good. Drinks are hit or miss but most of the time are good. Not sure why it went from making the coffee to askong what you want in it but for someone who doesnt get coffee often, i just want someone to make it for me without questions. Luckily a guy supervising helped me out last time i ordered mocha coffee and made for me.

Customer service here is abysmal. Not sure who runs this place but they reallyyyyy need to step it up!!! If you’re ordering ice cream they will have you standing over there for 5 minutes before they think to mention that you have to place your order on the other side. It’s just general disregard for the customer. Also if you want a shake, they won’t mix two flavors. I’ve never had an issue with that at another Baskins Robbins. My suggestion to them, stop being difficult and please your customers!

This is the new and remodeled Dunkin’ donuts a really nice setup on the inside one of the best I’ve seen. It really helps out the people that work here as it gives them so much more room to do their job, which they do very well. This is the first time I’ve seen a Dunkin that offers a party room for rent. Would be great for those that like have meetings with all the coffee donuts and pastry at your disposal.

Took 15 minutes to get my avocado toast. The toppings were cold. It was served open faced instead of on 2 slices of bread like I’ve gotten everywhere else. Iced matcha latte only tasted like milk, barely any flavor. Also got a coffee roll that was semi stale.

Just left and I had to come inside after leaving the drive thru because they forgot something and then didn’t even put any sugar or flavoring in my coffee. Annoying. And my cup looks like they messed it up.

Very clean and looks very delicious….. they made my famous drink frozen coffee with mocha … the only thing is I waited a little too long for my drink I think they forgot about it , but it was worth the wait!
